Nice and clean nursery. I would prefer them not to use the electric motor for cleaning leaves off the ground - when we were there. Waiting a couple of minutes would be kind.

They had just what I was looking for and much more! The customer service was awesome!!

It’s a great place to go. Zoraida helped us and she was great. We had no experience in plants but she was very knowledgeable and helped us selecting some beautiful plants. Great price too!!!!

They sold me eight plants that quickly died in my garden despite my good care. I was assured that they were full sun plants. No good!! You have to do your research, don’t trust what they say! Zoraida was very nice but she sold me these plants that quickly died. She is evidently pressured by her bosses/owners to sell.

Nice lady and great customer service. Not her fault though there were No succulents and nothing has a price on it. Not a good practice. Did not appreciate that at all. Drove all the way there due to the reviews. Bought three plants to not waste the trip.

The woman that works there (not sure about her name but she is very short and around 50 -55years old) She makes my experience so bad… she is so rude and she doesn’t let you talk when you try to ask something. I am 41 weeks pregnant and is a bit painful to walk so i took a short path and then she start screaming at me like I was killing the plants… the place is very beautiful but it needs better vibes…

Zoraida was so helpful and I was able to get the plant that I need for my vertical garden.

I love this Garden Nursery, it's very organized and have every plant I wanted. Zoraida she's a very nice lady whom is dedicated to pleasing customers, she really gave me the knowledge I needed to care for my plants. My daughter have also had me to go there and purchase plants for her and I've referred others too.
This is the best nursery to buy your plants from because the plants are healthy and beautiful they're also not expensive at all.

I adore this nursery! You could easily miss it as it’s located right off of Biscayne between North Miami and Miami Shores and only accessible from the south bound side. Not only does it have very friendly and knowledgeable staff, but also a surprisingly large variety of plants at very reasonable prices. Always a pleasant experience!

I love this place. The pants are as gorgeous as healthy. Best orchids in Miami.

Very bad experience here!
Purchased a large fiddle leaf fig tree which was definitely overpriced, however convenient for us, so we paid the inflated price, which the sales lady described as "Biscayne Prices." (can't make this stuff up)
It's a tricky tree to care for, but we did what the sales lady told us, as well as lots of youtube videos, however within a few weeks the tree got sick of what we believe was root rot. We hauled the sick tree back and were told "once you drive out of the driveway, we do not owe you anything."
We were pretty flexible in asking for help, we would have been thrilled to have a replacement, or even a gesture of a discount for a replacement...or at bare minimum some help reviving our very sick tree. In the end, the not helpful sales lady became increasingly rude, and we decided to just leave.
TERRIBLE customer service! We have just moved here from New York, and would have been regular customers for probably a long time, but as small business owners ourselves, we understand the importance of customer service if you want customer loyalty. We definitely will not be back.
POTENTIAL SHOPPERS: I highly recommend finding literally anywhere else to shop, even Home Depot has a better selection with better prices and nicer staff.

***Note for those interested in our trees health, we had a good friend come over and help us start the journey of reviving our sick tree. It is improving, but will be a long journey before it's back to the glory it once possessed.

Very dense people, you clearly see a car having issues and the lady comes and tells us to move the “parked” car..

As soon as I walked in a lady asked if I needed help. I purchased some plants here to support small business. The plants are healthy and reasonably priced.When I was done with my transaction a guy graciously offered to put the plants in my car. I didn't get their names but thank you so much for the five star service. Keep it up 👍🏾

Poor quality and way overpriced. Will not return. The woman who works here was very overbearing and hassled us to make a purchase. We were unable to be left alone to look around. And when my husband said no to one plant, she was trying to get us to purchase she became incredibly angry and rude. Just overall a very uncomfortable and bad experience!

Amazing place. Plants are of excellent quality and very fair price—friendly and helpful service people. We asked to shut down the watering system at one part of the nursery, which was kindly done immediately.

I've lived in the north miami area since 2004. This place is an oasis. The only other option in the area is Home Depot where I've had to return plants and flowers several times. This place is great and has pretty much everything I've ever been looking for. Surely saves me a drive way out west when everything I need is right here. Highly recommend. This is the same place that was further north and now just moved down to this location. My review stands this place is fantastic and the owners are super attentive and nice.

Zorayda was extremely helpful and kind! We purchased a bougainvillea from her and she told us exactly how to take care of it and all the steps necessary to maintain its beautiful vibrant color! Un placer!
