I love having this nursery so close to home! They always have beautiful options and the woman who is always there, I forgot her name, is just amazing. She always helps me get in and out when I need to but also gives me space when I’m taking my time. She has been there since even the old location.

I love this nursery, great selection of indoor and outdoor plants. All of the plants I saw both times I was there were healthy, pest free, and very reasonably priced. Zoraida helped me pick out a few plants and gave me care tips and suggestions based on what I wanted. Highly recommed! Bring cash if you can, there is a small fee for using CC

Raquel and Julio are the very best! They handpicked 10 gorgeous palms, delivered, and planted perfectly. They were on time, responsive, and super fun! They even took the time to show me a big project they were working on, which was amazing. All their work is well thought out. They do not rush--they get it right. My project was complex because we had to choose just the right palms they were very tall, but could fit in a small space. They were the only ones that could come up with the perfect solution at the right price. I love them and have been back many times to their nursery to buy more plants. Summer Day Gardens has a great selection of healthy plants! Thank you both!

I came here looking for a flowering plant that would attract hummingbirds for my mom’s birthday - she loves that stuff. Raquel helped me and was wonderful! Another lady was very nice and tried to help but I don’t speak much Spanish, so she called for Raquel. Anyway, she confirmed with a google search that the plant she recommended (Firecracker bush) is indeed fantastic for hummingbirds! That was nice of her, and the price was perfect. I appreciate the help and excellent service! 💕

This place is great. I’ve been to several nurseries in the area and they truly don’t compare. The quality, assortment, and state of the plants is great. However, the best thing about this place is the attention. Zoraida is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and she’s always willing to help and answer questions. She’s also very organized and gives you her honest advice if you tell her about your project. This type of attention is what makes clients come back.

Visited for the first time and toured the nursery. While a fairly decent size, selection, and variety, they are a bit overpriced for not only what they are but the condition of many of the plants. Some are clearly sickly, and some are very healthy. May be back in a few weeks to give a second try.

Wow! I had an incredible experience at the nursery today! The quality of the plants was truly fantastic, and the prices were excellent. It was immaculate throughout. I am definitely coming back!

I was looking for plants for my place in Miami. I usually buy plants at Home Depot, but they always end up dying after a few months, so I decided to think outside the box and look for a real plant nursery instead. I searched for nurseries nearby and came across Summer Day Garden Nursery. The photos alone already impressed me, especially the variety of plants.

When I showed up, I was honestly surprised. The place is huge. They have an incredible selection of plants that I have never been able to find at Home Depot. Everything looked healthy and well cared for. They offer plants of all sizes, from small to extra large, plus trees and just about anything you can imagine.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain options and helped me choose what made sense for my space. I felt like a kid in a candy store because I genuinely enjoy plants. I ended up buying a tree and a very large plant. Both were excellent quality.

Yes, they are pricier than big box stores, but the quality, size, and health of the plants fully justify the price. They also offered delivery, which was very reasonably priced. The plants were delivered the next morning, right on time, with no issues at all. They also gave me clear instructions on how to care for them.

I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From now on, whenever I need plants for my place in Miami, this is where I will go. No more Home Depot for me. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible lines and lines of people waiting and only one register open. Nobody to ask any questions it was so hot the cashier was very rude I guess she was hot and fet up her self

Silvan , the supervisor of Garden department is rude as hell. I asked him where is Moving section, he show me Mowers section, and when i tried asking him again “ no thats not what... “ he cut me off and its right there showing me mowers section again.. how such a rude person become supervisor ?
