DarnQuick gave me a great price (significantly lower than Orkin, Terminix and Truly Nolen). They came on time, were responsive and the renewal cost is more affordable. I am very hapoy with their service.

We had our entire building treated which you can imagine cost thousand of dollars. They were nice and professional but they guaranteed that the spot treatment of all units would solve the termite problem as well as Tenting. I latter found out this was not the case, less than 1 year latter I found myself with a swarm of termites in my bathroom...... I called them again to spot treat the area as we were under the 1 year warranty. They were not as nice or professional this time and refused to spot treat the other units which were also under warranty. It took them a while to get out to me again and when they did they told me "you should have tented the whole building not spot treated". Which left me with my mouth wide open as I had previously asked this question and was their guarantee of an efficient treatment was the whole reason we went with spot treatment over Tenting. I do not know about their tenting services but the spot treatment is a waste of money and time. DON'T DO IT you will be out of money and still have termites to deal with. I still have mine even after spot treating the area 2 times and now I am finding myself needing to spend more money on another company to get the problem fixed.

Very impressed! I live in an HOA and am connected with 3 units. They were available for questions and concerns and were highly recommended by my community neighbors near the 'Falls'. Quality work by super nice folks.

I started using Darn Quick in 1978 when I moved to Gables by the Sea from Chicago.
I met Mr Dulzaides which started the company and my first impresión was fantastic.
Family owned and operated courteous and honest these are qualities that are hard to find now a days.
Armando and Mercy along with their children are terrific to work with and continue to carry on Mr.Dulzaides legacy.

I would not recommend this company. They furmigated my house twice, the last time was in 2017. Every year I would pay a renewal fee. But I called them back in April or May of this year because I saw termites. Armando came out and did an inspection, he said he saw termites and asked if I put a new roof on. I said yes, and he said that is probably why I have them because the wood was not treated. He said he would get back in touch with me. I have not heard from Armando yet. I called again about two weeks ago someone said that they will give him the message and he still did not contact me. I spoke to several companies to ask how long does fumigation last and most of them said anywhere from six to ten years. I didn't want him to do anything for free, I just wanted a return phone call.

I have had our house tented several times over the past 17 years. Darn Quick was much better than the previous companies. We have a lot of expensive landscaping against the house that had been destroyed in previous tentings. I told Darn Quick that I needed to avoid killing these plants. They did an excellent job of tenting around the plants, for the first time nothing was killed!!! They were very professional and told me exactly what they were going to do. They arrived on time and kept me informed at each step in the process. Most importantly they were trustworthy - I was quite pleased with Rodolfo, the actual gas man. I can highly recommend them without reservation.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS. BEAWARE!!! I tented my house 8 years ago with this company, their service covered me for 6 years, so when it came to re-tent my house, I called them again. Last July, I tented my home with darnquick, and my house is FULL of termites just 10 months later. I called them, and after 5 days of not a call back, I called them today and begged for someone to come as soon as possible and honor the warranty. I was first told I was out of warranty (without them checking my file), then I mentioned the termites are eating my walls and a new purchased Italian closet (from a store), and without coming to my house or checking, they are trying to get out of re-treating my home and giving me service. I spoke to an agent with no patience, then I asked for the owner, and instead speaking to the owner, I was passed on to an office manager, who proceeded to screamed at me without letting me get a word in, repeating over and over again my closet, without knowing details, all preparing me for them not having to give me service "because I voided my warranty" due to my new closet. I am a small business owner, and when a customer has a problem, especially if it is re-checking our work, I take it very seriously and give it priority and take time to speak to my customer directly. CUSTOMERS PAY THE BILLS, AND REPUTATION IS IMPORTANT. This is NOT THE kind of SERVICE YOU will GET WITH DARNQUICK.
Now after 10 months of tenting my home for termites, I have to find a new company and tent my home again and pay again.

I used this company for a termite problem about 2 years ago. The results were excellent and they were very professional. Since then i’ve recommended them to two of my friends and they were very happy with the results. Today i just recommended it to another friend.

Don't do business with these people. Had a really bad experience with this business. We had a miscommunication with the first date we scheduled. They called me on a Wednesday and said we are calling to confirm your tent on Friday. I assumed I had the wrong date originally and we packed the house (they also came to drop off bags that day). On Friday morning I called to see when they were coming and they said it was the week after. They took no responsibility for the miscommunication. I had paid for hotel and had taken the day off work to tent the house. It's fine we rescheduled, these things hsppen.

We rescheduled for March 8. Today is March 5. I called because I wanted to avoid issues this time. The lady on the phone did I wasn't on the schedule for this week because I hadn't paid my deposit. I did please double check I had paid. Then the said oh yes you paid. But we had you "penciled" in for the 8thnand you never confirmed. I said you never called me. She said I've called you many times, I said I have no voicemails from you, she said I was lying that she had left me VMs. Why would I lie? The. She yelled at me saying if I wanted to confirm I would have called sooner. How is it my job to call them if they are providing me a service.

Then the owner Armando got on the call and said don't cancel I'll give you a year free of warranty. I said no I want a refund. He said ok, got upset and hang up on me

I rather pay more than be treated like this for a service that costs thousands of dollars.

Great company. Professional. Orderly. Neat. Organized. Did one of my rental properties and my tenants were extremely pleased with their work and demeanor. Will use them on next need.

A lot of companies that are amazing, and offer an unbelievable value and service, suffer from a lack of constant advertisement; Darn Quick is that type of company. Darn Quick was suggested to me by a neighbor who used them. Having never heard of them, I was skeptical. But, my neighbor raved, so why not. Best blind decision ever made. The exceptional value, punctuality, courtesy, and professionalism made for a pleasant experience. This is my opportunity to share what my neighbor shared with me, you will never see an ad for this company, but you will be happy with their service.

I have been using Darn Quick for years for multiple termite tenting treatments and most recently termite soil treatment for a new addition. This company has always offered the best price, and their service, understanding, and helpfulness is beyond expectations. For example: I made a mistake in scheduling treatment when I had other workers on my construction site and the leadership at Darn Quick were beyond understanding and helped me to reschedule the treatment even though their technician was on site as scheduled. You will not be disappointed working with this company.

I tented my house last week with Dam Quick Termites. The process went very smoothly, received a great price, and everything was explained by Victor and completed without any complications or complaints. The company is professional and very punctual (Victor was right on time for the estimate, and the crew was on time for the fumigation, and for the return of the key). They gave us plenty of bags for storing the food and they made the process straightforward. In addition, the company was available to answer any questions or concerns. On the day of the tenting Victor was onsite to check that everything was bagged and prepared correctly and back again in the afternoon. This company is very professional, has great prices, and is highly skilled. I have no complaints.

Darn Quick is how fast they take your money and stiff you. We feel taken advantage of. After tenting last time they offered a plan to re-tent in the future by paying $165 a year. See termites they tent. Seemed like a good idea to pay over time for a future tenting. We paid over 6 years over $1000 waiting for signs of termites. Didn’t want to tent too soon on minor signs. Recently we had a swarm too big to ignore and have seen wood ants. Having just had the house painted we found termite damage and took pictures. When the flat roof in the back was replaced because of age and add better insulation we replaced some damaged wood but recently have some droppings. We requested a tenting that we figured we paid for. The representative asked for wings to prove that we had termites of the right or wrong kind of termites. When we showed photos of damage he said it was old. When we showed him the droppings he said they were old. When we told him there are wood ants he didn’t care. When we told him we replaced some wood with the roof repair he said it voided the insurance warranty. It was never worded as an insurance policy it was a service contract that was paid every year since 2021. He came with one objective which was to not honor the contract. We paid every year expecting to be paying for tenting. Instead we were giving money away on a promise that was never intended to be kept. We were happy with them before. We tented this house and our parents. They did the jobs and we trusted them so the contract was peace of mind. Maybe they changed management because they were not as we remembered. He offered to repay the last two years? Not holding my breath on that promise. Why repay two years but not provide the original service? Why not say you have given us $1000 let me work with you so for $500 or something we can tent. With the refund they pocket money and terminate the contract. If you look you will see I leave positive reviews on google. I like to help people that are nice and do good work. I don’t jump to leave a negative review but want to leave a warning that you may be mislead by a service agreement. I’m writing this review immediately after being denied service and seeing my wife upset thinking she was doing something for years that was supposed to be good only to be destroyed. I will take it down if they respond fairly. By honoring anything. Reading other reviews it’s common with this company.

We found some termite droppings outside and called Darn Quick. Victor came by for a free inspection the next day and told us that it was isolated to a small area outside and walked me through how to treat it. He could have proposed a treatment plan that cost us hundreds or thousands, but he was honest and said best to DIY! I really appreciate it! Thank you!
