These reviews are fake! I bet is their friends and family! UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY SLOW, AND OVER PRICED !!!

Rented a truck from U-Haul and was sent to pick up at Los Primos Express. The reservation was made to 9am and the staff arrive 4 minutes earlier to discover they did not have any trucks in stock. Highly unprofessional and time consuming. Was sent to a different location to pick up truck where I was serviced properly. If you are going to be in the truck rental business, make sure you have enough inventory to cover your reservations and have a contingency plan.

We hired them for a post construction cleaning services. They came in bright and early ready to get the job done. The staff was very professional as well as detail oriented. Highly recommend.

Great service - great people Judith and her team are very attentive and responsive. We were going through multiple moves in Miami and she was able to navigate things efficiently and smoothly.

Would give less than 1 star. Very unprofessional service, two times I have made reservations at this place at 9:00am which is when they open and both times it was past nine and there was no one there. First time I rented it was a 20 minute wait past nine when the employee showed up and add at least 15 more until I had my reservation. Second time being today it was 9:30am and nobody showed up. Had to call Uhaul customer service to see if they could change my reservation to a place that was actually open. My advice if you are on a schedule and need your reservation early in the morning, do it at another place, if you have time to spare make your reservation past 12:00pm maybe you'll have better luck and by that time the place is actually opened.

This is a 5 star review not because everything was perfect, it's because of the way ownership conducted themselves when things weren't perfect. The original crew sent for my plumbing needs came with a poor attitude and was very disagreeable. I immediately called and spoke to management. Management was not only apologetic in words but in action. They immediately arranged for another crew to handle the project in an extremely timely fashion. I recieved a call when the new crew arrived, during the fix, and after to assure my satisfaction! This is how business should always be done. I am not only grateful, but will use AND recommend LP Express Services again. If management is reading this, thank you!

I used LP express for moving services and my condo renovation project. The move went well and everything arrived in good condition and was unpacked as I requested. The condo renovation was a major project and they worked with me to scope and lay out the work. There were setbacks along the way (hence minus 1 star) but the LP team and owners were very responsive and they always wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the end product (which is awesome). Since they guarantee their work, I have called them back to fix two things and once again, with no questions asked, they jumped right on it and now everything is perfect. In general, working with GCs can be difficult and stressful and setbacks are unavoidable. What impressed me about LP is I had access to my own project manager and the owners, they LISTENED to my requests and we’re able to remedy them - this was very satisfying. Ultimately, it’s about the end product, and we are happy. I also gave them feedback on their process and they were always looking improve the process, which benefits everyone.

I found Los Primos to be midrange with their pricing but also worth their value. I contracted them for a post construction clean up of my home and was given a very fair estimate. Management did an initial walk thru with their staff the day before, and went over exactly what needs to be done “in front of me”. I found that to be great. The following day i walked into what seemed like a brand new home. Extra attention to small details were clearly given. They cleaned up ALL the mess as if it were their home. You have to appreciate that. I also received a follow up walk through with the owner who meticulously evaluated the job done. I look forward to contacting them again for future projects.

Los Primos completed a condo renovation for me including all new tile floors, two bathrooms, kitchen upgrades and installation of a tankless water heater. The quality of their work was very good and they were responsive to my questions and concerns. We had a few challenges with the schedule due to several factors not all under their control but I’m happy with their work and would hire them again.

I worked with Los Primos Express in order to do a partial re-modeling of my father's 50 year old home in the year 2020. I selected them out of 3 contractors, and I do not regret the decision.
When my Uncle saw the quality and detail of the work done at my father's home, he hired them to as well to do work on his house.

They are a company of integrity, they do good work, they try to save the customers' money, they maintain on-going communication with the client, and they want to ensure that the customer is satisfied.

I can say that because my father's house is in Miami and I live in Orlando. Because I could not be in Miami every moment, we kept in constant communication through phone, pictures, and they would update on any changes that would come up on a timely basis so that I
could make decisions as needed.
And part of their protocol is to make a final walk-through with the customer to make sure that the customer is satisfied and that all basis are covered.
Working with them was a wonderful experience. My father never really took care of his home, but the difference was like night and day by the time Los Primos completed the project.
If you want work done on your house, I highly recommend that you take them into consideration.

LP Express Services helped us complete a few tasks in order to spruce up a previously unused space for a water heater and washer/dryer. They were quick and efficient in removing the older pieces and putting in newer and more functional appliances. They also aided in making sure the appliances functioned properly after installation. Additionally, they removed older appliances, which was very helpful.

We worked directly with Lia and Ari who were very helpful and friendly in completing this project with us. Would recommended to anyone in the Miami area looking for great contractors and a fair price that can get the job done.
