I found Los Primos on Yelp and am so glad I did. I told them what I was in need of for assistance with an elderly parent and they came out and delivered. The team of ladies were professional and courteous and when it was all said and done we were extremely pleased with the service. They took their time and cleaned his townhouse like it was their own. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for housekeeping services.

I am so glad I found this company. I have had horrible luck when looking for someone to complete handy work around my house. My unlucky streak has ended! I found Los Primos and they are absolutely amazing! They are respond and even quicker to begin the work. I called on a Monday and Wednesday they were there with materials, ready to work. They completed the work on my house and did a marvelous job. I added some more tasks and they even stayed until 11:30 pm to get the job done before I left on vacation. I am now using them once again for another project and again I am amazed by how quickly they responded and their level of professionalism. I am super picky, but I highly recommend this company!

We used Los Primos Express Services initially to just do pressure cleaning and sealing our paver driveway. They were extremely professional. I can't tell you the amount of contractors in the past we had to deal with that don't show up when promised or under deliver in terms of workmanship. What a relief to find Los Primos. Not only do they show when promised, they also do the Job as promised. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought the price was too good to be true, but we got our money's worth and then some.

We were so impressed with this, we decided to have some landscaping done. We signed the contract on Tuesday, and they showed on Thursday (Just a promised). It went so well, we decided to get some additional areas done and another tree installed. The add-on price was extremely reasonable and we are thrilled with the results.

I can't tell you how long I've waited for a service like this. I absolutely dread dealing with contractors when I want things done. But Los Primos takes that headache away and bridges that gap as well as the language barrier we struggle with so often when dealing with contractors directly. I am very satisfied and look forward to completing more projects with Los Primos in the near future.

Update: This is my second review as I hired Los Primos Express again. This time, I needed furniture assembled. Pedro was punctual, masked, skilled and efficient. I could not be happier! This is a great company! I highly recommend them!

The customer service is top notch! If you're looking for a company that provides great customer service, stop looking. From day one, Ari provided a timely schedule for a quote and showed up on time ready to answer any questions we have. Not like the other companies that operate on "island time" and finish jobs when they want. Ari's team finished on schedule. Any billing or further scheduling questions were quickly resolved by Judith, and between both of them we were constantly updated on our project. Their team was very professional and did an amazing job. Daniel and Luigi worked non stop and produced a job that the wife and I are extremely pleased with. We highly reccommend them and will be using this company on future projects.

My big point to get across, is that being new to the Miami area and looking for efficient work, with great customer service at reasonable prices is hard in itself. So when we get jobs like these done with these results I have to help promote a company with great work ethic.

Los Primos Express has to be one of the best companies I've ever worked with. They were recommended by a good friend of mine and they really outdid themselves. Judith & Candy were AMAZING. They went above and beyond to help me and my husband. Bob was so great as well! Great quality and professional work! I was able to get an electrician to Miami Beach within 24 hours! All work was completed the same day and well done too! I will definitely work with them again and I highly recommend using LP Express Services.

We contacted them for a quote on a roof leak. From the initial visit to the end of the process they were very attentive to our needs and explained the repair process very clearly. They were punctual and performed the contracted repair as agreed upon. Afterward, we received a follow up call to inquire about the process and the actual repair. We found that call reassuring. We recently moved to Miami and quickly learned that the recently remodeled upstairs bathroom had a leaking shower. We were fortunate that the owners of LP Express are our neighbors! They did an excellent job on a shower with an improperly installed vapor barrier. The work was done quickly and professionally. We also use their cleaning service, which offers equally excellent service at a fair price. I would highly recommend LP Express to anyone.

The cleaners are very good and make sure everything is spotless. I appreciate how management communicates and ensure everything runs smoothly.

I recently hired Los Primos again but this time for Black Out blinds installation. Los Primos remodeled my main bathroom a couple years ago and I was happy with their work so I contacted them for the blinds. I absolutely LOVE how the blinds came out. I had doors installed and upgraded faucets done by this company and they are exceptional! I’ve dealt with quite a few contractors and handymen but never with the precision and high standards this company operates in. Additionally, they completely remodeled my bathroom and it is OUTSTANDING! Ari is trustworthy and clearly stands by his word.

Excelente work and good prices, fast instalation, design, nice i love it!!

The owner of this company is a very hostile person. I called inquiring services for a huge project i'm working on. I get a call back from the owner with a different phone number saying who is this, why are you calling me? I call the number on google and the same man answered the call saying what do you want, why do you keep calling my phone. Not once stating that he's the company i'm trying to speak with. After having to ask if this is a business he states yes, i let him know that i was trying to speak with a lighting company but i will go elsewhere. No business should answer or call people back asking what do you want? Not professional at all, we all have bad days but do not take it out on potential clients!!

I love my new bathroom! I needed to upgrade it and put security bars since we’re getting older. Michael was very reasonable in pricing and worked clean and fast. I plan to do their work around the house with Project Fix. I recommend you call and see for yourself.

Honestly this company was great! I had my bathroom completely redone (new tile on floor/shower, new toilet and vanity install), and their work was BEAUTIFUL, fast, and clean. I’m definitely using them again soon on other projects I want to do around the house.

So thankful to Project Fix for an amazing job! What a great experience with my garage conversion to a man cave. Left the place reasonably clean and picked up daily and saved me money by making smart suggestions when he could have quoted more like everyone else did. I will have my bathrooms redone with them towards the end of the year too.
