Few weeks ago Optimity came in to clean my windows on the house. The young man who came over did a fine job cleaning the windows was very professional and he did it after the sunset because he got to the house late. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his discipline and his insistence on finishing the job, even though it was pitch black. I had previously rated this company three stars because I was disappointed in the communication by the ownership of the company and their failure to provide protective equipment for their employees. I’ve spoken to the owners. They have responded in a positive sense so I’ve increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars. They still need to work on their communication and customer service but overall I recommend them from a window cleaning standpoint just be prepared to not hear anything from them until they show up on your doorstep.

Decent service and decent price. Dirt was cleaned off of caulking around windows, some stains remained. Kinda figured that would happen but initial meeting had me thinking that would be taken care of. I asked the worker about it after and he confirmed that they were stained. Anyway, later on that day I went out with a sponge to see if they could be cleaned and yes, when you work at those spots with some elbow grease the do get a lot cleaner. Long story short, they wash the windows and clean off the sills with a powered brush (not a pressure washer), so that's good. On the other hand, difficult areas might not get the attention that they need and some windows may end up with dried drip marks. Not a bad service, just not an exemplary one.

Nazar, the young man who performed the cleaning did an outstanding job. He did not clean the skylight on the garage roof. But it wasn’t, apparently, part of the quote I never received.

Nazar showed up unannounced at 3:30p. He did not have proper equipment to do the job, and he didn’t have a ladder (my house is two story). He finished in the dark at 7p.

As for the owners of Optimity, they did not do a good job. The three partners don’t answer the phone they have different names for each other, as if they were in a Federal witness protection program. They did not send the promised quote, nor did they confirm they’d arrive on Tuesday, nor did they advise the time window. They are unprofessional , sloppy and feel like scammers. I am unlikely to ever engage in business with them again.

I’d recommend any other window cleaning company.

The First Gentleman that came to my house was very nice and informative and he sent me a worker to clean my window. He was not friendly and I tried to talk to him about the service and it seems like I was bothering him. Did not like his attitude toward me and my husband. Maybe next service I will get someone with a better attitude.

Nice young man going to door to door which I appreciate- he was very professional and prompt to get the service scheduled. I took advantage of a discount because his crew was in the neighborhood. I was very disappointed with the service- I sent photos over explaining that while the glass was clean for some windows, the sills and tracks had tons of dirt and looked like they hadn't been washed or even touched. Some of the windows also had dust indicating they had not been cleaned properly. He sent his contractor back out who wiped them down with a towel...

He offered to come back and clean them himself which was very professional but I declined. Given the quality of work I requested a further discount but he declined. Would have definitely used them ongoing but the quality was just bad unfortunately.

Kudos to young men making money. Shame for the quality of work. My super dirty windows got cleaned well, except for the 2nd floor, where they cleaned the windows which had six panels and , the lower four panels were cleaned perfect and the higher two were not, even in the bathroom windows. Today I opened the door to the room with the total window access and was disgusted. Last week they lowered their price because they couldn't access some windows. Today they decided not to answer my call. Mobile businesses like this that can't come to your area once they are done, is no good. Imagine if I had visitors coming in and wanted the place to look spiffy.

Sorry but you did a poor job. No ladder, having to climb up on exterior sills! Did not use soap? Brush did not clean corners, asked them to clean all the "missed" areas they then did it by hand with steel wool, it removed some but the windows and doors are nowhere near clean or done right. There are approx. 15 opening one man was here for maybe 2 hours... did not dry the windows so they will have water spots, was not a through job by any means. I paid them $255.00 so i did not have to argue with the young man that did not speak much English. My time is needed to work at my job not argue with street door to door solicitors. We tried but they failed. Would not recommend them. i would guess as a Contractor if I had my men do this it would take two men most all day to do this correctly with cleaning chemicals, rages, brushes, squeegees, razor blades, and "ELBOW GREASE"....NOT TWO HOURS for 17 openings and no ladders! If you want a better review make an appointment to return and do it the RIGHT WAY, NOT THE MIAMI WAY!

Our windows just got cleaned this morning by Optimity Window Cleaning. I am extremely disappointed with the results of the cleaning. There are at least 10 window windows that are all smeared with water stains. The whole purpose of this cleaning was to make sure that there were no water stains left behind on the windows. Optimity highly promotes that they use a type of water that supposedly does not leave any water marks behind. In this case it didn’t work at all. I have included some pictures for your perusal.
