This review has been long overdue, especially given my good experience! I'll hire them again without a doubt. In the event that anyone needed Air Duct or Dryer Vent servicing or a reference, I suggested them to friends and realtor friends.

When the technician arrived in the house, he immediately started assessing the current situation. He me what needs to be done and what will be the costs of it, we agreed and he quickly cleaned the vents with efficiency, within just 30 minutes we no longer have dryer issues. Hats off!

The techs were very easy to talk to and were very detailed when it came to their work. The dryer vent that was clogged was cleaned up really well and the lint that was removed was cleaned up properly too so there are no left over lint or any kind of blockage and I’m really happy with the results.

My dryer had problems about it overheating and not doing its job properly so I had to call in some help. PW Vent Technicians caught my eye when I was looking for a company to help me and they were very easy to communicate with.

I got a same day appointment and their techs came like 3 hours after the call. They were very professional and courteous and I got to know what the problem was after they explained it to me. It was because the vent was already clogged up that it was overheating and the solution was just for them to clean it up.

Really grateful for their honest services and their affordable prices. The techs also were really nice in helping me about the problem I had and they also told me about how to keep my dryer vent from not overheating and stuff.
