Service requesting was alterations, the price for remove a waist and reinserted was 39 dollars!!, use to do my clothes alterations in that place but something is change on business, but not good for the costumers , sad for that.

The best laundry and the best service from Angelica

I have been to several cleaners over 60 years and I totally have found that Royal Crest Cleaners have given me the best service and treatment from any other cleaners over that period of time. I highly recommend them

What a horrible experience! If you want hemming done, AVOID this place at all costs!! They hijacked my shirt after I asked for the sleeves to be hemmed 3”. My expensive Banana Republic long sleeve button down was exactly the same when I came to get it and she would not let me take it without charging $20 for work they never did!!! It was my first time there and I will NEVER go back. Save your money and sanity and go to a reputable place. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Took my clothes there. They were still dirty. Mentioned it to the clerk who was totally indifferent. The suit was dry cleaned and still wrinkled. Stay away if you have nice expensive garments. Not cheap and the pricing is confusing when it cones to cotton shirts. Wish I never went.

Dropped off a shirt to be pressed for $4 and change. When I went to pay, I was told there was a $10 minimum for credit payment. This should have been advised at time of drop off not pick up. Not a happy customer. Of course had I known I could have brought more items in. Very inconsiderate to impose this minimum without signage or notification! Then when I got home and looked at the shirt there are brown burn marks from the iron.

Took over 10 dress shirts and asked for guidance on what service would be best for them. I took their advice and ended up with 3 dress shirts with damaged buttons (burned or cracked). Took them back to get fixed, they only fixed the one shirt that I paid for a more expensive service for. Why would they advice me on a service if they don’t know what they’re doing. Trash service. Highly DO NOT recommend.

I have been a customer for some time but recently there was a change in management things were not the same shirts has wrinkles not pressed well I thought about changing dry cleaners but never got around to it. Recently the original manager returned I was very pleased things are much better I’ll be doing business once again at Royal dry cleaners 👍🏾

I’ve been bringing my clothes here for years. Always great, lovely people, no issues. Recently, they took in a treasured heirloom (a child's baptismal suit) which had been stained with mold and damp, and left it like new! I will continue to use them. The best in town!

After trying out a few other dry cleaners in the area, we were thrilled to come across Royal Quest Cleaners. They did an amazing job of cleaning and pressing our clothes. My shirts and suits looked absolutely fantastic. We've finally found a professional dry cleaner with great personal. This will definitely be the go-to place for all our dry cleaning needs for my family and friends.

The service was very expensive and the stain on my coat was not removed. Very disappointing. I will not be returning and do not recommend.

Merry Maids keeps my home in Miami clean for me. They did a whole home deep clean top to bottom for a good price. Now i have them come every 4 weeks regularly. Clean fresh.

We recently bought a house in Homestead, FL and had Merry Maids come out to do an initial cleaning before we moved all of our furniture and belongings in. They did a wonderful job, they paid attention to the small details, and pointed out a few problem areas that needed extra attention. They saved us a lot of time, effort, and stress during our move . . . and we are so grateful for their efforts! Thanks so much!

I’ve had several recurring issues with the quality of the cleaning, to the point where I’ve had to repeatedly point out the same missed areas. Dusting, in particular, has been consistently overlooked, and when it is done, it often feels rushed and incomplete. The photos attached were taken after I was told the job was finished.

To their credit, they did come back to re-clean, but I’m paying for a service so I don’t have to supervise or manage the work. If I’m going to need to do that, I’d rather hire an individual directly. Overall, the results have been inconsistent, and I’m confident I can get a better clean elsewhere.

Good service and well worth the reasonable price to replace a leaking valve.
Done right the first time earlier than expected.
Highly recommended.
Pool refinish went as planned.
