After trying out The Cleaning Authority for a few months, I reached out to Ricardo to tell him that the team was cutting corners on the cleaning and asked if I could get assigned different cleaners. Rather than inquire further, he just ignored me and they never came back. I reached out a few times and he never responded again. Poor cleaning + poor customer service = one star.

This is the worst cleaning service that I have ever used. The cleaning crew only does basic superficial cleaning, and reorganizes your display items to make it look as if they’ve thoroughly cleaned.

Likewise, they can’t follow the most basic directions; such as “please don’t close the door to the room that my cat uses to access her food, water and litter box”. This was the exact directions left for the cleaning crew and the business manager (with additional notes posted in Spanish) before leaving for a recent, short trip. Needless to say, I dropped this unprofessional cleaning service immediately after returning home.

The cleaners are professional and do a thorough job. They arrive on time. The price is fair. I would recommend The Cleaning Authority to a friend.

I have been working with The Cleaning Authority for about a year and a half! Their work is professional, meticulous, and the ladies are very welcome in my home. Ricardo has been very accommodating and I truly appreciate his accommodations!

2 Cleaning ladies came in a rush, Cleaning is superficial although it was supposed to be my detailed cleaning, job is rushed, they mop with a wet dust mop and no "elbow grease" at all, I was never told they only clean whatever they can reach so my glas shower doors were only cleaned 3/4 from the bottom up and so did my kitchen cabinets. Cleaning products are not effective as the toilets were still dirty and I had to ask them to clean again with my product. Their cleaning spray leaves wood dull and dirty looking. I paid them the full first-time Cleaning fee but I will not hire them anymore.

I have been using this cleaning company for more than 3 years . I am very pleased with their service. They are punctual and they work fast, but with attention to detail. Highly recommended!

It's always nice to work with a company that treats you respectfully, is responsive, and shows up on time, but if you don't get what you pay for, what good are all those things? We hired The Cleaning Authority to come clean our new home prior to moving in. They were very responsive and even came out to the house to give us an accurate cost of what the service would cost. We agreed on a scope (2 people for 2 hours) and cost ($200), and they came out on time. Unfortunately, I literally had to redo the entire job myself. The floors were left visibly dirty. Cabinets still had sawdust in them (they were empty so it couldn't have been something they missed). The fans had not been touched. I give them two stars because of their great customer-facing interactions, but they did not do the job they said they would do. I would not hire them again.

I have been using the Cleaning authority to clean my home for many years. Their house cleaning teams are kind and considerate. If they missed something while cleaning and I point it out to them they immediately take care of it. Our team today was exceptional and went above and beyond.

It was difficult for me to admit that as I aged, cleaning my houae was becoming more difficult. My neighbor has used The Cleaning Authority , and on her recommendation, I joined. Best decision I've ever made. Three lovely women came and just went to town on dust and animal hair. This is worth evey penny!

I use this company for weekly cleaning. Two housekeepers came out yesterday and were supposed to clean with focus on my living areas. They left dirty dishes on my counter, dirty ashtrays and did not bother to vacuum under my sofa. The entire house in general was not cleaned well. I reached out to the owner to let them know and received no response. They do not care about their customer and every week you get someone different. Needless to say I terminated my services with them. Will not use again and also do not recommend

They are true professionals who ease your mind by taking care of what needs to be done with the highest of quality. I work a lot of hours, and i needed help with my home. I tried independent cleaners, other companies and they didn't work. The Cleaning Authority clean my home while I'm working, I don't have to worry about the products, nothing.
