Ive always been very skeptical in hiring someone to help clean my house. But with 2 kids, 2 cats and 2 dogs it was getting overwhelming. The Miami cleaner upper team were very professional, detailed, and very kind. They brought their own equipment and products. I'm happy I trusted them in my home.

Miami Cleaner Uppers is a hidden gem. I had a last minutes cleaning I needed done and I called the night before and tried many others who were closed or couldn't do next day but these cleaners picked up. I'm so happy they did.

The ladies showed up 10 minutes before the scheduled time and way ready to start cleaning at the designated time.
They went over the areas that needed cleaning and asks specific questions about how I wanted things done.

The cleaning was superb, and I've used the other big name cleaning services before but this service truly left me impressed. My wife usually finds things after other cleaners leave and all my wife had to say was wow. The level of detail these ladies provided was great, they didn't just rush through it, just took their time to make sure it was done right the first time.

Miami Cleaner Uppers is going to be the first number I call for cleaning services from now on.

I was recommended Miami Cleaner Uppers and they exceeded my expectations. Needed a condo cleaned for selling and they cleaned inside the cabinets, fridge, closet...you name it! The condo looking brand new. I also reached out to them last minute and they made time to come by and were very well at communicating during the process. I will certainly be using them again!

STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely terrible experience. The first lady we had wasn’t bad other than the fact that she put a child lock on our washer then wanted to claim it was broken to the owner. Fixed the same day and i even texted the lady that i fixed it. The lady apparently ended up moving and they sent me an absolute ridiculous excuse for a cleaning lady. This lady things organizing a few bottles but not cleaning the actual surface or the floor is cleaning. Hair everywhere. She ddidnt know how to wash dishes my daughter’s bottles were being left with soap and old milk. Then the other lady somehow breaks my dryer and I have to call a tech and pay for them to clean it because the lady doesn’t know how to clean a filter. She continued to wash and I told her do 1 or 2 loads and that’s it and she continued to do whatever she wanted then would complain to her boss that it’s my dryer that’s the problem. Interestingly enough I had no problem with either machine until they started coming to my house. She doesn’t even attempt to clean milk stains and excuses herself that she didn’t think it was going to come off but if she had tried with some Clorox wipes it came off within a minute or two. I now have the owner defending this lady asking me to pay for a cleaning that was not done correctly and laundry services that were done half ass as well. We are going to pay but the customer service is absolutely terrible not even one attempt to work with us at all. She wanted to call me to explain why the lady did such a horrible cleaning. There’s no excuses other than the fact that this lady DOES NOT HAVE the eyes or the ability to clean. She makes excuses all the time and lied saying that she cleaned an area already when she didn’t and I know she didn’t because I never left the room. She came in one time to ask if I was awake and if she could pick up a few things and she left. I immediately started to get ready and no one was in this room. The floors were still disgusting and she was making the bed. When I left she was in the living room and when I came home the bathroom was in the exact same way it was left. Not to mention this lady just walked into my room (DOOR CLOSED) while I was showering without a care in the world. The whole houses laundry has been smelling like wet clothes. She rushes to leave when she should be cleaning which is what she’s paid for. True Incompetency at its finest. $600 a week for the worst work I’ve ever had.
