January 17th 2026. The office staff worked so hard to get me scheduled without as much notice as usual! Once again the Maid Pro did a great job leaving my condo so clean and organized. Karla always does a super job!

With my heavy workload I only have time to spot clean so I decided to call a cleaning service. I shopped around and the best price was with MaidPro. Rodolfo was Very professional and provided me with an email of all the services they provide. When Luidmara and Dolores came to my house this morning with all of their supplies and smiles, I knew I would be well taken care of while I worked. I must say that I am very pleased with their work. All I had to do was show them the rooms I wanted cleaned and they went over and beyond making sure I was satisfied and I did not have any complaints. I did my spot checks and nothing was left undone. My house looks and smells very refreshing.

I will be using their services again.

Requested a move out cleaning. The cleaning lady cleaned for 2 hours and said she was done. Had to show her all the spots she missed for another 2 hours. Even after that the condo was still dirty. Pictures posted are after the cleaning was complete.

The ladies from MaidPro did an amazing job! My elderly father is unable to clean his home, so it had really gotten pretty awful over time. But the MaidPro professionals came in and in no time, made his home feel fresh and new again! I am so grateful and can't wait to see them again in two weeks! Thanks so much for giving my dad a clean and lovely home again!

I found MaidPro to be an unreliable company which ignored customer service. Sometimes they provide a good cleaning, sometimes not acceptable. Another problem with this provider is no responsibility for timing. The company can start performing later than an hour ever after strictly agreeing and confirmed the start and the end time of cleaning. I had several times the unacceptable quality of cleaning. Before contacting the company, I was hoping it would be settled or fixed somehow, but only received the answer that they will let the cleaner supervisor know. Last deep cleaning, which was essential to me as I expected my guests to arrive, many bathroom cabinets were not even wiped off. The surfaces were dirty with hair, dust, stains from used toiletries. You can imagine how disgusting it is upon arriving and unpacking. The company's owner was immediately notified with a photo report, and he never responded. Is this customer satisfaction policy?

Fabiana and Liudmara did an excellent job. The first cleaning was very thorough and even though they went a little over the time that was estimated , they were clear communicating to me that they would need a little bit more time to complete the cleaning, and the company was incredibly generous discounting the rate for me to make sure that the house was impeccable. The follow up cleaning has been seamless, they did an incredible job, very pleasant and professional. I’ve never had this great an experience with a cleaning company and I am very grateful that I found them. We have full-time live-in help, but our home is large and the additional professional cleanings allow our household employee to focus on the kids (a priority) and other tasks.

I don't know HOW they have anything over 1 star. this company is a COMPLETE SCAM! STAY AWAY.

We hired them for a "move in cleaning". They came on Tuesday to clean an EMPTY house, and when i went to go see the house after their cleaning NOTHING was done. our shower was full of dust. I paid extra for them to clean the cabinets and they were not even touched. the floors were full of dried loose paint, the track for the sliding door was filled with dirt. I called Maidpro and scheduled a second cleaning (they do a 24 hour guarantee cleaning in case you're not satisfied). So they come on Wednesday to "clean" the house and they assured me that the house would be left spotless and that a SUPERVISOR was going to be there to make sure that the house was cleaned properly. when i go check on the house on Wednesday, I was in complete disbelief at the fact that i spent $450 for someone to come in to my house and NOT clean. I called the company immediately and they said they would get back to me about a refund. Then the next day they send me an email saying "after carefully reviewing the pictures and videos you sent and comparing them with the pictures our pro took, we have come to the conclusion that our pro did not leave those areas like that" when i asked them to see the pictures they "took" they refused. yet my pictures have time and date stamps to show that they literally did not clean my house. they refused to refund me the money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!

As a mom, full time student and working 12 hour shifts maidpro is the perfect service. Loren arrived on time, cleaning was done in 4 hours. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Perfect service to help me maintain my house

The woman that did our initial deep cleaning was thorough- even though she missed a few things on the checklist. I let it slide and gave them another chance. The second woman that came was different from the first and was inefficient and lazy. I paid for her to be there for 2.5 hours and she left under 2 hours and the house was still not properly cleaned. The place smelled like she ran a dirty mop over the floor and when took a towel to check the floor, it was still dirty. She didn't touch the shower and didn't wipe down all surfaces in the kitchen. I called to complain and they sent someone else back same day to clean the missed areas. The manager also gave me a wrong quote for the regular cleaning and backtracked on the it saying she made a mistake even though I had it in writing. They would not refund the extra $35 they charged me. Needless to say, I told them I would not continue with their services.
