Outstanding experience. I have used Suds about 5 times now and very pleased with the results. Rebecca and Yrene are clearly committed to the utmost customer service - my condo has never looked better than after they were here last week. At the risk of creating too much demand for these ladies, I highly recommend Suds and Rebecca & Yrene in particular.

Very rude, and unscrupulous.

I spoke with Noelle before purchasing Groupon to see if they could do my furniture & when, but confirmed nothing. I purchase the Groupon, then try to set up an appointment, but I was refused an appointment or a refund for allegedly missing the appointment, but that’s not what happened. Noelle was very snarky with me & was more interested in trying to argue vs resolving the situation.

I am super disappointed in this business! I had scheduled a cleaning for Friday at 10 AM. When no one showed up, I called the company, to be told that someone had texted me earlier (no one did), and that they were trying to get someone over to my house ASAP but they were delayed. So i waited a few hours again and called back, to be told AGAIN that someone had just called me and left a voicemail (no one did), and if i would be okay with rescheduling for the next day at 10 AM. When I asked what number they had been calling, they cited a 786 number. Nowhere close to my area code or number so i have no idea where they got that.

Fast forward to the next day, I am patiently awaiting their arrival. Again, no one shows up. My roommate and I call multiple times and get no answer from anyone. Finally my roommate gets a person on the phone, and they say they are trying to locate the cleaning crew. After that, we got no calls back, no answer when we called, we were completely ghosted and no one showed up.

Is this place a scam? I had to fill out a credit card authorization form so now they ghosted me and have my credit card info. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. Do NOT book a cleaning with these people EVER.

So far very happy with the service. We are a video game company start up in wynwood and noelle has provided a very flexible and timely service for us. Can work around when we are closed as to not intrude on customer experience and thus far have been pleased with the results

I have used this service for the first time. I was pleased with the prompt and professional attention I received when setting up the appointment ( with Michael). The house cleaner (Karla) arrived on time , was professional , friendly and did a great job. I am very satisfied with this service, will use them again and recommend them highly.

I used Suds cleaning services when I was moving out of my apartment to turn it over to the landlord and they did an amazing job! Noelle was very helpful setting everything up, and Zenaida, Maria and Jose all did a great job on the day of the work. The place was spotless, especially considering that I have a cat with a bit of a shedding problem and they got all of it! Got my entire security deposit back. Highly recommended!

They did a wonderful job! I was so impressed, our house has never been so clean. They were even able to come for the first time on a Saturday to meet our puppy so they would be able to come in the future when we weren't home. Would definitely recommend!

The process from start to finish was amazing. Noelle was helpful in booking the appointment last minute. She spoke me through the cleaning process which was very informational. They do everything on their end so its hassle free and all you have to do is make sure you're home. They are competitively priced and the drivers called ahead of time to give me a heads up on when they were on their way. Mr. James and Morecio were perfect. They were very professional, helpful and friendly. They let me know how the process would go and were very accommodating if any furniture was in the way and being careful on bringing the heavy equipment into the house. They also cleaned up after themselves which was awesome. Thank you so much for your help. This business is great.
