Had an out of State Move and before moving in Nekoblue services were not only professional, courtesy but absolutely did a 5 🌟 job in cleaning the entire property. I would recommend Nekoblue services to everyone if your serious in living in a clean space.

Jenny and her team completely transformed my new home after we had major remodeling done to the property and she dropped everything to come and help me after I was left stranded by another company. Amazing job cleaning my house and worth it! I’ve tried other companies and they have been the best. An entire crew with all their cleaning supplies. Didn’t have to say a thing went straight to work and done in 2 1/2 hours 3/2 home.

Over the moon is an understatement. We were in a pinch and I called Jenny at 10:30am by 6:30pm that same day she was at our house with her wonderful crew. They did a very deep construction cleanup job. We are so happy and highly recommend this company.

I took a chance in trying out this service and I was so grateful they were able to accommodate the short timeframe to come in for a full cleaning in the evening same day. They saved the day as I had guests coming the next day. Everything looked great and they were so friendly and helpful moving furniture and items to ensure it was all clean and dusted. Nekoblue arrived with a team of 4 people which was a fantastic sign that they'd be doing a thorough job, which they did. Things were cleaned that we did not ask for or expect, and the bathroom got a much needed deep cleaning. We will use them again!

Im not one to complain but - Very poor service - turned up 4 hours late and did a rush clean at night. The cleaning was very bad and rushed, then they wanted to charge $278 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Poor follow up to fix the cleaning and never heard back from the company.
The cleaners speak no English but will talk about the clients in Spanish in a disrespectful way. Very rude in their approach and not good service so I’ll never use this company again.

Hands down the most wonderful cleaning service that I’ve ever paid for! We hired Nekoblue to deep clean our apartment and not only were they reasonably priced, they were also professional, efficient, and literally got every single crevice. TERRIBLE. My windows are now scratched because they use extenders with not enough padding on the windows. Windows were left with stains and they kept on saying the windows were defective until I insisted so much and they finally cleaned them with hose - what they should’ve done in first place. The owner called to apologize but the damage was already done.

They came and cleaned same day I called them. Quick, efficient, and affordable. They did such a great job at cleaning my apartment. It was a move out clean service. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Worst service, I got the deep cleaning which is really expensive. They did the bare minimum. You talk to someone on the phone and they tell you what that includes they send people and all of a sudden they don’t do that and that it’s extra. I paid the extra. We’re a family with a child and we paid the Zelle as respectful people at the end of the service. I called the person in charge Jenny she did not refund me anything or offer me anything as they left some areas dirty and the dishes not well cleaned. They do not dust the place they don’t move anything and if there’s stuff let’s say in your side table they don’t move it to dust it or even dust around it or the furniture. They really aren’t worth it and on top of that it’s Zelle so I can’t dispute it this is definitely a scam service
