Purchased a condensate drain pan on Oct. 14 A.M. order #3687. Paid extra for 3 day shipping via ups. According to saez website, order was fulfilled on Oct 15th am. Received no tracking # from saez. Called on Oct 16th in pm, to internet sales. Was told ups failed to pickup item and that someone had just taken my order to the ups store and I would be receiving a tracking number shortly, (LIE).No tracking # received. Oct 17th a.m., called internet sales again. The guy was on his way into work and told me he heard about my situation the day before. Said he would check when he got to work and call me. I informed him I wanted a refund as my job was on Friday the 18th and it was obvious the pan would not make it in time. Never received a call back. Next thing I know, I got a refund. Job not getting done on time, thanks to saez. First time customer, Last time customer. Plenty of hvac distributors that can get you equipment on time without lying to you and waisting your time.
