Unfortunately, Saez distributors Doral lost my business over a $45 recovery tank. I purchased an exchange for a 50lb recovery tank in July and hadn't used until a month and half later. I recovered refrigerant from a mini-split and the tank had a leak which leaked out all the refrigerant I recovered so it defeated the whole purpose of the recovery. I brought the tank back to Saez and they refused to exchange the tank and only gave me the option of paying for a replacement. I thought this to be extremely unethical and unprofessional, but I needed the tank for a recovery job so I paid for the change out. As a business owner, the customer is always right, except in this case.

Fox don't buy any Ducane A/c from Saez their customer service is not good at all I been waiting more than four month for parts under warranty and still haven't show up every time I call or my technitian always is an excuse I paid hundress of dollars to re charge my unit waiting for my parts
