I had my issues in the past with them not showing up when expected but I made enough of a fuss and they listened and they did arrive exactly as scheduled today and resolved the problem with my Nest thermostats so I now recommend Harper's Air.

Harper’s Air fixed my HVAC unit. After they left, the unit was cooling again but the ducts were making metallic sounds. Called back for a check up, and got stood up three days in a row by Al and Marianela.

Harper's Air installed our A/C and the entire team including sales and technicians were all very professional and most of all clean. I highly recommend Harper's Air for all you’re A/C needs.

Do not use this company!!!! They came to my home installed a Trane unit and the technician didn't know what he was doing and it never worked properly. They sent more than 6-8 technicians to try to fix the problem and never did, asked the service manager to replace the unit and give me a new one and he said the owner Terry Harper said no. Went to see the owner in person, called him over the phone, sent him e-mails and owner avoided me. Know I am stuck with a unit that I paid over $4,500 that doesn't cool properly. Had to make a complaint against them to Trane and thinking of getting and attorney to sue them. Take my advise you don't need the frustration this company will give you, find another company.

There are not enough words to tell you how wonderful your staff was when they came to install new duct work in our home. They were all hard working men, and were focused on making sure our duct work was done correctly. They all own a piece of our hearts and we feel so blessed to have had them working in our home. They are the best ! And we feel so grateful for all the work they did.

Terry the Owner is a true professional. He squeezed me into the schedule when my a/c went down. Took the time to explain the repair and showed me tips to keeping the unit clean. No over charges as we all expect and hope for. Thanks to Terry and staff.

BEST SERVICE in all of Miami. From the moment you call you arer greated by the sweetest girls over the phone. They definitely make sure that you are well taken care of and handle whatever issue you are experiencing with your AC, they definitely care about their customers and the service technicians are very qualified, fast and experienced. I would recommend Harpers Air to anyone.

I have given business to this company before, but never had the bad fortune of dealing with the owner, Mr. Harper. Upon arriving at my home and looking at my a/c unit, he told me I dealt with “junkies” and he had “a good mind to get in his truck and leave”. That “junkie” was my husband, who had inspected the a/c unit the night before when it wasn’t cooling. As I was explaining this to Mr. Harper, he walked out of my home and left, not allowing me to complete my sentence. Although his staff has always been extremely friendly, I will never give Mr. Harper business again.

Amazing company. Such a pleasure to deal with. I called because my ac couldn't keep up with the heat and Fernando came out the next day and told me it just needed a recharge and fix some leaky duct work. Doran called right away to schedule me for the next day and sent the tech, Rene. Rene was fantastic. Polite and super knowledgeable. Fixed everything right away. I would definitely recommend this company!

I have used Harper's for some repairs. I have had some decent interaction with this company, but I've also been disappointed. Some things that bother me are: 1. Its difficult to get them to come out as they seem too busy. 2. They seem forgetful about calling back. 3. They offer an evening service (which is great), but some of techs seem like they would rather not work that shift and it comes through in their attitudes and willingness to help. It might be better to try elsewhere.

Several weeks ago Harper's Air installed a new Carrier central air conditioner in our home. They did a great job and the AC is working beautifully. We plan to continue using them for all our service needs.

A number of years ago, Harper installed our Trane air conditioner. I noticed yesterday it wasn't cooling as well. So I called this morning. It's noon and our air conditioner is already repaired. Rene was on time, friendly and very competent. I highly recommend Harper's Air, Inc.

From the moment I called Harper's Air I Got excellent service. From The owner knowledge and recommendations, To Fernando arriving at my house on time for the estimate, to the installers Jose & Marcos we were told they would be at the house at 8 am and they got there exactly at 8 and they were out by 3pm as promised. From Duran calling to schedule the replacement of the Thermostat and Emilio coming to the house and installing it and help us connect it to the internet. Excellent Customer Service all around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Harper Air . Hereis the reason why I give them 5 stars . About 6 months ago they installed a new AC in my home. Everything was done efficiently by Harper. Unfortunately 6 months later the motor in the AC unit burned out . On a Saturday we called Harper . They came to the house and temporarily fixed the motor until a new motor could be installed . Two days later , on a Monday morning , we received a phone call from Harper to schedule the installation of the replacement motor . They were out to our house first thing Tuesday morning and replaced the motor ....NO CHARGE !
The reason I recommend Harper is because they stand behind their work and will fix and replace products whenever it is necessary . I’ve used Harper for years and would not think of going with anyone else ! Thank You Harper !!!!

Henry came for annual maintenance when he discovered a leak in my trane ac handler. He was excellent at his explanation and his experience made me feel like he was the RIGHT person for the job. I hope all can get the same excelent customer service he provided me. Mr Harper you have good guy working for you. See you at the next maintenance service date.

Harper’s Air is a professional company. They are always on time. Fernando Obeso always answers the phone and returns your phone call on a timely matter. We installed a Trane unit the XV 18 system and so far we are very happy with their services. I highly recommend Emilio. (He is one of their mechanics) He is patience, knowledgeable and courteous. After the unit was installed they came to our house several times to make sure that everything was working smoothly and properly.

We called Harper's Air for a new home unit six years back (Trane 4-ton) and a couple times for minor maintenance issues since. Harper's Air will always be our number one choice for AC service, especially Henry. I cannot recommend them enough.
