6.03.24 update. Well, the 12-k lasted 23 months--developed a leak in their indoor unit. It cost me more for the service calls and repair that what the whole system cost me. I hope the other two 9k units last more than 23 months. No more PIONEER MINI SPLITS FOR THIS PERSON.

I searched for months to find a mini-split system that would work in our unique situation, the Pioneer Quantum Ultra was exactly what we needed. Installation was easy and it's been working great since we put it in. Parker Davis was fantastic, easy transaction and the unit arrived in just days. We couldn't be happier with the whole process and the product!

This is what I received today inside an undamaged outer shipping box from Parker Davis HVAC - I ordered a new kit - this is what I received. At least the six foot pigtail was new in its sealed package.

Time to drive to Home Depot one hour away to purchase a NEW Kwik-E-Vac kit because I need this kit now.

I did a self install of a 36000 BTU single cassette last year in my central Florida home (Gets pretty hot here) with 1600 sq ft of heated/cooling living space. It replaced a 21 year old 11 seer ducted system (Probably down to 4 seer with the age). Boom! my power bill has plummeted and the system keeps the house comfortable with little effort. The eco setting is fantastic. It also did a great job heating the house in the winter. I purchased multiple items from Parker Davis during the install process and customer service was very helpful with my questions. Highly recommend the Pioneer systems. Remember to get some gaskets and Nylog for you flares!

Install went smoothly. Took my time and read the instructions and watched the install video a few times. Registered my unit but it seems like the warranty only applies to people who get a professional install. Seems like us DIYers should have get some kind of warranty coverage. Overall, I'm happy, no leaks and it works great!

I've bought multiple units, from 12k to the 18k... been flawless so far.. and when a missed accessory on a shipment was realized.. they made it happen overnight! Highly recommend!

Was told two is always better than one! We have a 6,000 SF Barndo and theses two are just for the RV side @ 1,800 SF. Keeping our fingers crossed that two 3-ton units can handle the NE Texas heat. Got 4 or 5 more to get installed for the rest of the shop area and a few smaller mini's for the framed out rooms inside to better control the heat and humidity.

Ordering was good. Product is good. Shipping was prompt, but even after I reached out to the shipping carrier to setup a delivery time, they failed to call me. So far the Quantum Hyperformance mini split is working great for heat. There are some quirks in it's operation that I don't think are correct, and there was a bit of a lack of correct info to get the WiFi working with the app. But it is providing 75% of the heat to my entire house in 15deg F weather!

Installed my Pioneer 24k BTU ductless unit over a month ago now. Works great and was easier to install than I originally thought it would be. I did purchase the flexible stainless line set which were well worth the extra money for my setup. There was a handful of times that I contacted support with small questions in which they were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Even the chatbot on their website is incredibly smart and helpful. Overall I have confidence it'll last a long time.

First time minisplit installer. Pictures are the work in progress. Likely this weekend I’ll add the final lines, evacuate the systems, test for leaks and then enjoy cool and heat in my Arizona garage. A couple friends talked me into doing this project. I found the Pioneer materials to be excellent for a DYI guy like myself. Lot’s of diagrams on the install procedure. This model had the tech features to integrate with my Home Assistant setup (open source home automation system). The price of the main unit and accessories were quite reasonable. I selected the 9000 BTU model for reasonable cooling and heating in my 3 car insulated Arizona garage.

I recently purchased and installed a Pioneer 12K BTU Quantum Ultra Mini split system. The unit came with everything needed for the installation and the instructions were very accurate and with enough detail. The unit is working perfectly, it is way more quiet than expected (both ODU and IDU) and the power consumption is very low. It has very nice features including the option to fully control the unit from the cellphone. I am completely pleased with this purchase and I strongly recommend this product.

I purchase a 24k mini split from Pioneer. Everything was great from the knowledgeable sales reps to the delivery. The setup was straight forward with the directions being pretty clear to follow. My split was up and running with no problems. Looking forward to to many years of heating and cooling. I will be buying another in the near future. Thanks Pioneer!

I called asking for a product and they bounced me around like a ball… after the last guy picked up the phone he left me on hold for over 10 mins until I hanged up. Not buying from them for sure.

2 star for a super tight facility and slow unloading. Arrived at 8:25 am departed at 1:00 pm. Also without assistance, back up is very hard, and there are no rooms for maneuver. Other than staffs are friendly and helpful.

I give it 5 stars despite the previous reviews. Experience for yourself. They began receiving at 7 am so I got here at 7 and was quickly guided to back in 1 space to the left of the center bay. Wasn’t bad but I did have my teammate spotting me which helped out tremendously. I suggest getting there first thing in the morning so across the street parking doesn’t become and issue. I needed that space. They started offloading immediately with two forklifts so maybe they were waiting on my load but it made it much smoother. No complaints here. I read the reviews from previous people and I was nervous my entire trip 😂😂
