These days it is incredibly difficult to find great, reliable, and professional service, especially here in Miami. From the moment I reached out to Mini Spits Miami, the owner himself Peter answered the phone and was incredibly professional and friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable when I described my situation, he knew exactly what I was talking about. We all have that warm room in our house that we cannot cool down no matter what we do. He knew the exact solution I needed by just by describing the situation and sending him photos of the area. He sent me a quote which was the best I have seen for this type of unit. Within the next day, Peter himself and another technician Ernesto who was incredibly professional just like Peter arrived with the unit and honestly performed one of the cleanest and most efficient installations I have ever seen. From arrival to finish the unit was up and running in an hour and half. They took increíble care to keep everything clean and organized. The unit runs on 110v and is incredibly efficient which is great considering current electrical cost here in south Florida. I was in the high end property management business for many years and have dealt with many service contractors and I can honestly say that Mini Splits Miami, Peter, and Ernesto are among the best I’ve ever seen.
