Peter came out today and installed a mini split. Very happy with everything so far. The installation was done in a couple of hours and with a high focus on quality. With these things the installation is as important as the AC itself and I’m confident in Peter’s job today. The unit is very quiet and does an excellent job in cooling the space. I will be using Peter again in the next couple of weeks to have another unit installed.

So my normal A/C repairman who happens to be a friend of the family gave me a quote to install a mini-split. The, to compare, out of curiosity, I called Peter at Best Price Miami Mini Splits and I got even a better deal. At first I was apprehensive.. about you get what you pay for. Let me tell you, Peter's top end service, responsiveness, and customer care was stellar! Although he installed the system quite rapidly, he installed it professionally, and aesthetically appealing. His mini-split freezes my room (if I wanted it to). You cannot beat the price of the system nor the installation. I HIGHLY recommend this company!! If you are looking around, it will not hurt to give him a call. He will not disappoint. Again, BIG KUDOS, Peter!

Peter is a true professional. First, he was always available to answer all of my questions and really went out of his way to educate me. Initially, I really wanted a "floor-mounted" mini split because I thought it would be less of an eye sore, but after he special ordered it, the day of the install, I realized it was not what I thought it would be. Peter stopped the work, packed it back up, and was back in my house within the hour with the traditional mini split. I was apologetic for my mistake in ignorance and the time it would take him to go to and fro, but Peter told me, "Don't worry. I just really want you to be happy." It is hard to find good construction-related service companies in South Florida, so when I find a reliable company, I feel like I checked the box as to who will be my go to in the future for help with that issue. We had an old mini split unit that was on it's way out and didn't do it's job anymore. I am not technically proficient, and had no clue what the problem was, so I made a call. I spoke to Peter, who actually told me they could swing by my house that same day to see what was wrong! The two fellows who showed up at my door could not have been more kind. They walked me through what the issue was and their plan to fix it. Our house is beginning to show it's age, and required a whole new unit which did not seem like an easy job. After that I was told they would be back in 3 days to do the install!

Come Friday, there was actually an issue with the supplier, and they could not get the correct AC unit until the following day. Peter was super apologetic and let me know right away, which was not an issue for me at all, as I appreciated his thoughtful communication. Anyway, they came the next day not a minute late and put in the new mini split, and it works great! Everything was super quick and they seemed to really know their stuff.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They demonstrated to me that professional service does not also have to be impersonal, being sure to always make everything as easy as possible for me. Thanks guys so much for your help!

tremendously great value and quality.. Pete is great very knowledgeable guy when it comes to mini-splits.. it’s the second installation he did for me. My room was reading at 78 at 1pm when he arrived, by 2:45 when the job was complete and by the way Pete keeps a clean job site, no dust, no mess, anyways my room by 2:45 was reading at 65. This guy does not F around he’s efficient, professional and most importantly timely. I highly recommend this company if your looking for cool and comfort.. and for me the product and job quality they did @ BEST PRICE MINI SPLITS is money well spent definitely worth it

Peter only good for sales and installation with high labor costs because he can convince you easily with his sales performance.
i have purchased with his recommendation 5 Daizuki units and one of them failed which is large one for living room after a month I suffered to get even lover model replacement 6+ months. January 2025 bedroom unit failed and after dozens begging emails for Peter's service ignored. I gave up today and I'm going to buy another unit somewhere else. I couldn't even use 6 months. Be carefully 2 out of 5 unit's fails mean something. Buying A/C units from Peter like Russian roulette. Your luck your warranty. Friendly advice DO NOT!

Peter and his crew were great very professional he installed 2 units in our house. They worked efficiently and in a timely manner. When they completed there work they cleaned up everything. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any split A/C installed.

Wow, it's hard to describe how amazing Peter and his company are . Peter and Ernesto came to do an installation this morning in a difficult area of my garage. Peter took the time to measure and layout the best location for the unit. When he ran into a complication with a defective part of my electric system, he went out on his time to pick up a new part and install it so he could complete the job.
They are very professional and totally cleaned up after they finished the job. He even has a dust collector so as not to leave any dust while he is drilling. When I had a question later in the evening, he answered me right away.
I would highly recommend Best Price Mini Splits and would not hesitate to use them again.
