I had a terrible experience with this air duct cleaning service and wish I had never hired them They showed up late with no apology and the technician seemed rushed from the moment he arrived He barely explained what he was going to do and after less than an hour claimed the job was done When I checked the vents myself I could still see dust and debris and the air quality in my home felt no different than before They also tried to upsell me on expensive “additional services” that I didn’t need and became pushy when I refused The worst part was the bill — they charged far more than the original quote and refused to adjust it even when I pointed out that they didn’t do a thorough job Customer service was no help and just kept repeating their policy instead of addressing my concerns This company is unprofessional overpriced and delivers poor quality work I strongly recommend avoiding them and finding a service that actually cares about doing the job right.
