Amazing service and defintely improved quality of workspace

Unfortunately, technician didn't show up to the appointment. Got a call from the office mentioning they had issues with the system. Not the first time I heard this.

The worst service I have ever encountered. First they how up too late to service the rooftop unit. At the time the AC was working but after the tech messed with the internal unit that was working fine the AC stopped and he claimed it never worked. He also said they filters have to be replaced every month (every other company has said every six months). They he said that other units were not working (which I know do not service the area that is not working) he left. This proposed unnecessary gave nme the feeling he was building a big bill. When they called the next moring they refused to reschedule unit I paid for the previous day - scandalous. They rescheduled for 1-2pm the same day. At 2;30 I called about this and was told that they told me between 1 and 3 - an outright lie. - and that the technician was on the way Then at 3:10 pm they called to say the tech was running late and could not come today. They wanted to schedule for tomorrow. My family is visiting from Eurone and several days without AC in the guest rooms is hardly something that should have no sense of urgency from these bozos. I heard they were good but something dramatic has made them the worst.

Very Nice and Useful Company. They fixed my 2nd condo air conditioning and make it extremely quick.

I would like to recommend Al Fresco Air for their excellent service. Today, they assisted with and issue regarding the air conditioning system at my house. The technician, Raul, was professional and efficient in resolving the problem.

My tenant had an issue with the ac unit who was 10 years old.. the whole communication was very confusing from the very beginning , they came 3 times in order to fix it properly. It costed me 2300$ in 2 separate bills !! If they would tell me THE FIRST TIME that it would ending costing that much i would buy a new unit right away.. instead they add one thing at the time .. very poor communication! The tenant was happy about the final result (the unit is working great) but they should be more honest from the beginning and tell me how much it would cost me.. never again 👎.

I called this place just to get pricing information and woman who answered the phone was very impatient and rude. In addition, the price quoted is much higher than other service providers. They also do not waive the initial diagnostic fee even if you have services done.
My friend used their service to replace his air conditioning and it broke down as soon as the warranty expired.

Omg, the guys from Alfresco solved my AC problem super fast! They even did some installations at my place the same day. The service over the phone was super quick and really friendly. I honestly thought they wouldn’t be able to come that same day, but they made it happen! They’re so committed to their work seriously a 10/10. Totally recommend them!

Working in property management for almost 20 years, I can honestly say Alfresco Air is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. Recently, 300 Collins Condominium replaced the 100-ton chiller system and everything went perfectly. Had a weird issue where the AC would freeze up every few days. Two other companies couldn’t figure it out. Third call was to COOLVAC for AC Repair and their tech solved it in one visit—low airflow from a dirty evaporator coil plus wrong refrigerant level from previous service. Cleaned, corrected the charge and it’s been running perfectly for weeks. Finally found someone who actually knows AC Repair.

Last month my unit started blowing warm air at night and I couldn’t figure out why. Googled air conditioning repair and COOLVAC popped up with great ratings so I gave them a shot. The guy showed up on time, diagnosed a refrigerant leak in under 20 minutes, fixed the leak, recharged the system and checked every single thing twice. He even showed me how to change the filter properly so I don’t run into the same issue. Cold air again and my electric bill already dropped. Fantastic air conditioning repair service, will call them first next time.
