Dog knocked over a candle and melted some wiring in my outdoor unit. Thought I was looking at thousands in damage. Tech from VentroCool did the air conditioning repair for under $300 and had me running again same day. Even sealed everything better so my curious pup can't cause problems again. Above and beyond.

Complete scam do not call this company.

This guy was very unprofessional and changed his quote upon arrival. After he tried to charge more money than originally agreed on, please be careful dealing with this super shady guy.

Called on a Saturday afternoon and a technician was at my house within a hour.
Replaced my unit outside on Sunday morning. Mike the technician and the owner answered phone call immediately. Would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Call at 6:30 on a Thursday night had no AC when you got here. Explain the problem after diagnosis very courteous, polite, and had us up and going in no time really appreciated the time after hours to get things done and to get somebody going if you need experience And a good person give them a call

WARNING: DONOT USE THIS GUY! HE'S NUTS. After coming to the job 3 times he could not fix the ac unit. Took his equipment and he demanded payment in full($1500), threatened me physically, and to put a lien on the property. When I went out to my car and left him alone he smashed the bathroom tile and damaged the tub. This guy should be incarcerated, and probably has been judging from the jailhouse tattoos.

Took off with my unit at 5pm to "clean" it at their shop. Didn't hear back until 9pm when they said "an emergency" came out ( the technician told me afterwards when he finally showed up at 11:30pm and that there was no real emergency they were just backed up with other jobs. The technician cussed and fussed until midnight when he declared he broke the ac circuit breaker and couldn't get a new one since it's midnight! He was then supposed to show up at 730am to fix the job but arrived afternoon. The ac still had the problems it had before they arrived and 4 days later it died completely . THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!

Well my Ac went out on a Saturday night I got in touch with Danny and even though it was already Late afternoon Danny still showed up up and got my air conditioning working amazing he explained everything and took the time to explain everything to me great service great company

A/C unit stopped working right as summer started. Reached out and they came out quickly to diagnose the issue and get it fixed. Very personable and reasonably priced. They still check in to make sure things are good.

As of 10/16/2024 just getting off from work walk in home and WOW my air wasn't working I walk.out side to check unit notice fan not turning so I immediately called Trainor air conditioning spoke with Daniel the tech he was with a customer at time of me calling he returned my call immediately and checked my unit and boy was he awesome got my air running back quickly glad he was the one that arrived when needed I would give him a 6 star if it was possible very professional take pride in his work well done Daniel you are now my go to person for maintenance keep up the good work.

Daniel was incredible. extremely nice guy. Very helpful and informative.

Took time to educate me on the issue and my overall system and its components. I would definitey want to work with him again to fix future problems.
