This company was used to ship out some car wrap vinyl for us. The package is now lost in transit. I called and spoke with a young lady who was less then helpful who stated I needed to take it up with UPS. I was shocked at her response. She stated that once it leaves their facility it is no longer their concern and I have to take it up with UPS. This is insane to me. There is info that UPS will only provide the shipper and they are not even willing to assist with this.
