I recently used 60 Degrees for the first time and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job fixing my air conditioning unit same day that I called them with a reasonable price.

By far has been the best A/C company that I have done business with and will continue to do so. The technicians were very professional and very helpful. They provided a lot of options and were able to accommodate me in what I needed. I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs any A/C repair done in their home or business.

My AC stopped blowing cold. We reached out and was seen in the same day. I had a scheduled appointment.they were on time! It took them less than 45 minutes for them to check all parts of my AC to find out a burnt part. Great friendly workers! Bilingual too!! I can’t be happier! I need AC in Miami!!

Manny and Alfredo came to provide me an estimate, both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the information they provided. I was having issues with the second floor not cooling, come to realize the unit is too small for our second floor. They were able to provide me with a solution, looking forward to calling them again.

Technician came out same day and was able to get my unit running. Honest work and service. Unit condenser had a bad motor and it was replaced under warranty with a new original motor. Will definitely use them for future AC needs.

Manny from 60 Degrees was a true lifesaver. My unit stopped working on a hot summer day and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it fixed on memorial weekend. 60 Degrees was able to come out the same day and had my unit Replaced that same weekend. I’ve never had a more professional company come out and repair my A/C. I had previously called another A/C repair company (not be named) but they were very unprofessional, rude, and tried up charging me for a repair that wasn’t necessary. Although, once I called 60° Degrees they were very responsive and quick to answer. They came out to look at my unit and knew exactly what they were talking about. They were also very straight to the point and did not beat around the bush, they told me what was wrong with my unit along with the price and no regrets after working with Manny and his HVAC company.

I unfortunately did not have the pleasure to work with this company. I don’t believe 60 degrees is considerate of other people’s time. I made three separate appointments at the time HE requested. The first day, he called and said he had to reschedule for later in the evening. When he said he was going to arrive at a certain time that evening and he wasn’t there 20 min later, I decided to shoot him a text. He responded and said he’ll be there an hour and 30 min later. I asked if we could reschedule for another day and AGAIN he gave me a time that was convenient for him. The next day the time had passed and he texted an hour after our appointment to tell me he’ll be 30 min late. I’m a timely person and don’t appreciate when my time is being wasted. Being considerate of other people’s time is communicating that you’ll be late and apologizing for the inconvenience. Being considerate is also scheduling a time you can actually commit to. He sounded like a nice guy but if I need a service I expect it to be quality and that just wasn’t my experience so I’ll be moving forward with other options.

These guys are the absolute best at AC installs, repairs and maintenance! At 8pm on a Friday night, my AC stopped blowing cool air and they didn’t push me to Saturday or Sunday, they left their homes ON A FRIDAY NIGHT, and come to help us out with our issue. #WorkEthic and Reliability! I honestly do not have enough words to express the level of satisfaction I have with my experience with Manny and his team. My A/C had stopped working and almost caused a disaster to my home if they hadn't acted so quickly. Manny and his team were quickly able to identify the issues, get the parts needed, and complete their excellent work in less than 24 hours total. The only thing I was bummed about was the price, but honestly, I'm confident Manny gave me the price he could. He wrote me a detailed breakdown of all the items that needed repair and the labor. Even if you don't accept their service, he still creates the itemized breakdown for you, so you can freely shop around and compare with his quote with no pressure on your end to work with them. After the work was done, Manny provided videos and pictures of the before and after to explain exactly what went wrong and how they fixed it. He expertly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns in great detail and to a level that anyone who doesn't know about HVAC systems can understand. Despite the big cost, it was well worth it and I will definitely stick with them for any future repairs or upgrades I may need to my HVAC system.
