Absolutely hands down the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. Be aware people. They do not answer phones, there is no such things as “Customer Service” , and to top it all off, if someone answers the phone by mistake, they have no clue what your talking about nor do they really care. They lost a $1500.00 purchase I made and could care less.
ANY VENDOR WHO USES ESTE’s should really consider choosing another shipping company.

I ordered a generator before hurricane season through hd its been a week past expected delivery like everyone else said have been left in the dark no response

This is the WORST Trucking Company I have ever dealt with. The MIAMI TERMINAL is extremely unprofessional. They cancelled an extremely important pickup without informing us and when I called they told us if we stayed until 6 they would have a trucking company. I tried calling again and when I told the girl I was from the company who just called she hung up on me and then my coworker called and they hung up again. Finally we got through to someone from dispatch. That person is EXTREMELY rude and says " yeah you guys just called 10 min ago, we said we were gonna come"
This is how you treat your customers?! We have shipped many things with Estes and this will be the last time we will ever uses ESTES. Thank you for the horrible service, OVERALL.

I hate to leave a non-positive online review for any company. Its very hard it is to run a business and I know this, reputation is everything and I hate to publicly speak against any company.
BUT THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. There has been terrible communication by the driver and it’s almost impossible to contact the customer service department. I have yet to receive my product and I doubt that I ever will.

Almost a month to delivery 2 pallet to amazon fulfillment center is unacceptable. They blame amazon but They lose 3 appointments with amazon warehouse at the fulfillment center.

They picked up the pallet in Miami on July 27, amazon gave them delivery appointment to the fulfillment center for August 8, they did not show.

Amazon gave them another delivery appointment date for august 12, they did not show.

Another delivery appointment for August 20th, they did no show.

Another appointment for august 22 finally they show on time. I knew it because Amazon confirmed it to me.

Today august 23rd they write me from the customer service center that the pallet will be arrived at the fulfillment center this afternoon august 23rd. The customer service have no clue what's going on.

I'm losing money and time with Estes Express Lines.
I supposed to say thank for that.

I was suppose to have a Home Depot delivery and they called once but if you did not answer right way they will write on the report "Missing Delivery", on top of that Home Depot will call you from the store and when you call back right away they will never answer your phone. Then a few days later they will call you and say that it will take another 2 or 3 days for a new delivery attempt. The worse I've ever seen, and I am planning to formal complain to the FTC and BBB

Extremely poor customer service, driver refused to bring shipment inside and insisted on road side delivery. We paid for two items to be delivered on one single pallet.

The delivery driver was extremely rude to my wife because his pallet jack wasn’t working properly. Instead he left my package in the driveway to get rained on and tried to lie about it saying he attempted to leave it in the garage but it didn’t fit. Luckily I have cameras to prove he lied. I will NEVER use this company or buy from any company that uses them to ship a product. Customer service was terrible too when I tried to call them to complain about the delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If you need to pick up a shipment, look for Esther, She is awesome.
Highly recommended.

I have to re-schedule the pick up 4 times because they never pick up on time, the system says one thing and when I call they have other information. Not recommended

There’s a special place in hell for a company like this. You’re better off buying your own truck and sending your own freight. This place is so disorganized it makes the DMV seem like a 2 hour visit. The amount of runaround they make me go through had me feeling like I was a dog chasing my own tail. Don’t waste your time with this company if you need to deliver. The huge delay (a whole week one that they didn’t even know where the fright was) costs us a big amount of business and thats an experience that cost them our business. NEVER AGAIN will this company deliver to us after many shipments going through delays. There’s a reason they’re the cheapest option.

YES! This company is horrible. And giving them one star is too much. I ordered a washer/dryer combo and they only do curb side delivery. They do not deliver into your home. I can't even get into the details of all the run around I received about having this item delivered. Let's just let it suffice to say I called Estes and Home Depot more than 10 times. I waited more than two weeks for an item that is still sitting in Estes's warehouse in Miami right now as I sit on the phone with Home Depot to try and get the item delivered. Pissed is an understatement.

I would give ZERO stars if it was possible. Estes has damaged a number of our shipments & the dispatch center in Miami is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They will not answer their phone most of the time. When they actually do answer they tell us that the driver will be here before we close but more often than not, the driver does NOT show up before we close. I absolutely will NOT ship with this company & it makes me cringe when a customer of mine selects Estes as their preferred mode of transportation.I will even try to talk my customers out of using Estes. HORRIBLE service!!! I just talked to Fred in dispatch & he would rather argue with me & talk nasty to me than to check & see if he could get a truck to my location before we close.

The worst shipping company we have ever dealt with! Every time they are contracted for pick up they are always over 4 to five days late for pickup. They guarantee on time pick up and on time delivery which is obviously a lie. The ESTES drivers complaint that the company is under new management and it's a disaster. I have emailed a request to our customers to please stop contracting ESTES!!!!! they give a bunch of excuses but we never have an issue with UPS, COOPER AAA, DHL and other small business carriers.

This is the service that Home Depot uses.
Worst delivery service ever. “White glove” service, they did not follow basic instructions from vendor, upside down, hitting against the floor. The first attemp was a single guy trying to deliver on his own upstairs a 300pound double sink vanity. The piece is damaged of course.
Not responsive at all. For a second piece I bought, I have money retained that Home Depot won’t refund untill ESTES updates their system. Waiting times over the phone are 2+ hours, not even HD can get to talk to them.
We’ve lost a lot of time and money because of this company.

Estes has been one of our major outbound freight company for 8 years. I'm very pleased with their service most of the time. Even though sometimes they can improved on the customer service as far as communication wise, but overall, I think they are a good company to work with especially our rep. John T. , very nice, supportive and always try to help us with the shipping rate. Thanks John

Terrible shipping company. Arrived in Miami Saturday and never scheduled a delivery until Tuesday. Scheduled appointment for delivery suppose to be for Wednesday and never arrived. I called and they said that it got pushed back to Monday again because the driver called out of work. Wasted a day off from work to be home for the delivery because the truck driver wanted a nice weekend off before the holiday. Very slow service and lack of communication.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I asked a question about my package sitting in Miami for a couple of weeks and she insisted it arrived 2 days ago. I told her I could tell by the tracking number it was sitting in Miami for the last Week or two. THE NEXT THING SHE DID WAS HANG UP ON ME. Fantastic customer service. Especially when you listen to the recorded voice message which spews out vomit about how great they go the extra mile for there customers. When I called back I was left holding at least 65 minutes. Eventually I gave up and called Home Depot who I ordered the Item from and complained.

They are the worst! I was on hold for 30 min and they will pick up the phone and have me on mute. I kept saying hello but still no respond so i decided to wait rather than hanging up. All of a sudden they decide to unmute me and I heard that they are listening to the TV or music and they hang up on me. They did it to me 3 times, I called homedepot and they tried to contact the Estes and they didn't pick up for them too. I'm still waiting for my package and they were suppose to deliver it 2 days ago. I dont recommend anybody to use this service!

Wow I wish there was an option for zero. Home Depot should definitely cancel this company’s contract. They are probably the worst delivery company around. Whatever Home Depot pays them is too much.

I ordered multiple items from Home Depot and they used Estes for the last mile delivery. While the Miami office has staff that are very friendly and pick up, unfortunately they will defer you to their main 877 number. If you call that, be prepared to wait 2+ hours. I’m currently waiting with the poor Home Depot customer service agent. Don’t believe me? Screenshot included!

Funny thing, I had 2 shower doors and 2 toilets on my order. One shower door and one toilet delivered without issue. While waiting on hold, a truck shows up and delivers the other shower door randomly! One can only hope the other toilet randomly shows up too haha!
