A team member came to my house 30 minutes after I called. Showed me what he discovered, gave me a reasonable quote to replace and was able to do it that day. Professional and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give this company more stars! The A/C in my house has work so well since Ray installed it and I was never given the run around on prices for the unit and install. Ray even helped out my in-laws with their A/C unit when it was acting up and it has been running like a champ ever since. He's very knowledgeable and he works fast! We had a random issue with our AC, last night it was totally fine and we woke up to an 85 degree home. Called Melcon to see if they could come last minute today. Had great service with the technician. They ran a bit late but the owner rectified the issue immediately. Thank you so much!

One of the best AC companies I have worked with across 4 properties between here and Martin County. Daniel arrived quickly and identified the issue within a few minutes. The fix was fast and he offered great insight into improving the reliability and efficiency of the AC with a few free changes. I hope I don’t have AC problems in the future but will gladly call Melcon again when I need them.

Absolutely the best installation experience I’ve ever had. The crew installed complete central air system while we were home in one day. I just got out of the hospital from being there fir two months from major leg reconstruction, and our Air conditioning unit was dead, Rey and his team gave a great price, and was on time, and very clean and quiet, they had our home at 70 degrees cold by the afternoon the same day, i had All Year Cooling install a unit in my condo 5 years ago, and had nothing but problems with it, I’ll always call Melcon from now on. I can't recommend Rey enough. Our air conditioner stopped working last night and after a frustrating attempt to fix it ourselves, we gave Rey a call. He showed up as soon as he was able and resolved the issue with super fast and professional service. If you need AC work done quickly and correctly, Rey is the one to call.

Melcon replaced the ducts in our house. The price was good and the process was smooth.

They came across as honest contractors. When I requested an upgrade to ducts with better insulation, the cost was minimal since he just passed along the extra materials cost.

Planning to switch to them for future AC work.

We needed a new AC as we had a 15 year old unit giving us problems. I got several estimates from other companies, and asked many questions. Their estimate turned out to be the BEST value, for the brand and all they included. I don't make decisions only on the dollar cost.

I had Daniel come out today because of the cold weather we've been having in Miami. He was at my door within hours and realized the problem was actually the building's cooling tower, not my unit. He even went out of his way to talk to the building manager and tech to explain what was wrong.

Since it wasn't my unit's fault, he didn't even charge me for the visit. Honestly such a nice guy and a super honest company. They’re the only ones I’m calling from now on.
