Great company!!! I replaced my air conditioning a month ago and I am very satisfied with the service they gave me. They also have very competitive prices Thank you Always Winter!!!!

One bad apple can ruin the bunch and that’s what happened this morning. One of their drivers almost ran me off the road because I did not let him go in front even though there was enough space in front and in back. No indication. And then proceeded to curse me out on the highway. I was able to make it out unharmed but I hope this does not happen again. Please be careful with this company. I would never recommend someone here nor will I ever use your services.

Wonderful company. I called at 10:00 pm on a Friday night and they were at my home within 30 minutes. The problem was fixed within 15 minutes. The technician was very polite and provided us with great service. Highly recommended.

I've been using Always Winter since 2015. They have given us superlative service and I highly recommend them. Jerry especially has been fantastic. He goes above and beyond, which is really unusual for Miami.

I have been a customer for the past 8 years, and have nothing but great things to say about Always Winter and the entire crew. I have multiple units that need service and maintenance, and Always Winter has never let me down. I recommend this company 100%.

They get one star because zero stars is not an option, but it is what they deserve. Horrible company! They are not trustworthy, do poor work, and, although they claim to guarantee their work they do not live up to it. I bought a top of the line unit, it was installed improperly, and I had nothing but problems with the unit. The technicians lied to me on multiple occasions, they either don't know what they are doing or they are intentionally deceptive. Due to nothing but problems, and the owner agreed I had had "bad luck" with the company, I asked for the unit to be removed and my money refunded, and the owner agreed. They did remove the unit, but my refund was $1500 less than what I paid. Litigation pending.

Always Winter has always taken such great care of my AC’s. My home and my rental property! Recently had a new unit installed and I couldn’t be happier with my unit and my service. Been using them for over 6 years and I’d never use anyone else! Highly recommended!
