I was most pleased that the Laco Technician could complete my AC maintenance on a weekend and I very much appreciate that he arrived only an hour and a half into a four hour waiting period. This was the first time I have used Laco and the Technician, was very professional, efficient and thorough during my AC maintenance check. He was very informed about options that I may want to pursue as my system ages.

LACO, William and his team are excellent and very professional. They have been working with our business for the past 7 years. I was rescued from a horrible experience where another AC company was completely ripping us off and after having to close down for a few days because they took the AC motor. Driver in left lane going the speed limit. If someone coming up on you and flashing MOVE. Driver didn't more for miles, many drivers and I had to go around. If they uneducated on how to drive don't let them work on your house.

Very unprofessional company, he diagnosed our cooler gave us a quote which we went forward with which didn’t fix our problem.

When we reached out to him to let him know, there was no resolve, he told us we are on our own and to go find someone else.

Im convinced this place dosnt exist or went out of business. Three seperate days I have tried calling but noone anwers, I tried going to the physocal location but it seems theres no real building, I just see a really beat up van with flat tires

Switched from old builder-grade unit to high-efficiency Carrier with 123cold Innovations. These hvac contractors Miami gave the most detailed quote, showed exactly where money was going. Install was clean, on schedule, added UV light and better filtration because of allergies in family. Air feels fresher, allergies way better. Already recommended to sister.
