What a great experience!!! We have been doing business with Quality Breeze for over 14 years and have never been disappointed. When service is needed, it's provided the same day. Very responsive. Jesus was so accommodating and his expertise was apparent. Alejandro did a superb job in setting up the air handler and both cleaned up the area beautifully. Isabelle, the office manager, is wonderful in responding to customers' needs.

I've been a customer of Quality Breeze for close to 18 years now, and I have always been very happy with their service and promptness.

I tried posting this review several times and it was not found. Anyway, Quality Breeze installed a Bryant 4-ton evolution system since 2007, and I have only had them service it since then. They always show up for their appointments and perform the fixes etc. Mr. Jesus Mayoral has been very professional and thorough. Last time out they did a major update to the unit outside with a Compressor and other parts and Mr. Mayoral made sure that I was happy with the service. Mr. Mayoral is a fantastic tech. (5stars) Isabel, from the office has been the best and very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this Company for your AC needs. My 15 year old AC finally died so I needed an affordable and reliable replacement. I called one of my friends and he recommended Quality Breeze AC. They came out and gave me a reasonable quote. They returned two days later and replaced my whole unit (inside and out). They did this professionally and efficiently. I REALLY appreciate their willingness to wear face masks, showing their willingness to follow CDC COVID19 guidelines. I highly recommend them.

Our AC was malfunctioning and Jesus showed up promptly just before 6am and had the issue resolved in less than 20 minutes. Extremely professional and courteous. Amazing service!!

11/15/2025 Jesus Owner and his team replaced existing Carrier Unit installed in my house which were 30 years old but still working well. Jesus his as knowledge, professional and honest. I am very happy with the new carrier units he recommended and the job done at my house. Please give him a try.

I have used Quality Breeze for my HVAC Service provider for many years and been satisfied with their work. Recently, I needed a replacement HVAC. Jesus diagnosed the problem, provided an accurate estimate and performed the work. It was all done in a timely and professional manner. He is honest, considerate and fair. He seems to have the customer's best interest in mind. He and his helper also cleaned up after the work was completed. He is a lifesaver! I am very happy with Quality Breeze and highly recommend them with confidence.

In recent years, this location has deteriorated significantly. We've witnessed a dramatic rise in unlicensed contractors and even customers with their unlicensed contractors purchasing units, Freon, and additional items. It's troubling enough to observe this behavior from other suppliers, but to see it within our larger distributors is utterly absurd!
