Thank you Alex & Mike for coming out today July 10th, 2025 and performing pre-summer maintenance on my central ac unit. I am very pleased with the thorough job performed, identifying need to change capacitor, (showing me reading of failing capacitor), checking system pressure, washing outside condenser coils, flushing out drain line, & changing air handler filter. Definetly will be my go to HVAC company for all needs. Keep up the FANTASTIC work!!!!

Highly recommend South Flow AC! We have used them twice in the past year for maintenance and cleaning on a mini-split and regular ac unit and we have had no issues. The guys were professional, on time and respectful of not making a mess in our home. They explained the process in detail and answered any questions we had. The service took a reasonable amount of time. Would definitely use them again!

Great Job! I woke up to a leaking AC unit. I called South Flow Air Conditioning and within a couple of hours they were at my front door. They performed a coil cleaning and had the unit working right in no time. Most notable is that they clean up after themselves when the job is done. Thanks South Flow!

This a late review, but after 2 years being installed, our system works great. Alex and his team are quick, clean and very professional. We had a new Reem unit installed (inside and outside unit) and vents cleaned. My wife works from home and at that time, we had about 9 cats. I gave Alex instructions that included being as quiet as possible and to be extremely cautious that non of our kids (cats) get out. They were in around 9am and completely done before 3pm. My wife said that they were very professional and quiet and Alex kept me informed the whole time while I was at work. Came home to a cool house.
2 years later, I'm still extremely happy. Our electric bill dropped dramatically and still maintains low, unit works great (I did buy very very good filters that I change every 4-6 weeks, and clean the drain line regularly) and we have yet to turn it down below 76 degrees. 2 story home, almost 2100 Sq ft. I am a very cautious and picky person when it comes to services or purchases. I highly recommend Alex and his crew!!! You get the work and service you pay for.

My A/C was down and I called Mike the owner who sent a technician out the same day after hours. The technician had a condenser fan motor on hand to replace and fix the outdoor unit on the spot. Great service and the pricing was reasonable. I would recommend this company!

Very reliable a/c company out here in south Florida. Was having a issue with my central a/c and called up Alexander from South Flow, it was last minute fixing. Put me on schedule and had his employees stop by and fix the problem. The issue was something small compared to another quote from another a/c company that was charging me something that wasnt necessary. South flow is honest and not out to get your money, only to get your problem solved up and running again. Need more local companies like this.

Had a water coming down from my air conditioning unit. It was past 10 o’clock P.M.. I left a message from Mike and the next day he responded immediately with a service call. I set up an appointment where they’re on time and they took care of the situation that we’re very professional, and try to stay and keep the area clean as possible. A few years back, Mike and his dad Jorge installed my unit. He’s been installing units and other properties and family members and he always comes through. Thank you once again.
