The worst service and customer service I have ever encountered. After having a Chills Air Conditioning Technician at my home to repair my AC, I was told my AC was fixed and was charged $250. Shortly after the technician left I realized the AC was not cooling and temperature in my apartment has been quickly rising to a current 85 degrees. I have called them multiple times and in spite of having explained the urgency to correct this problem due to my elderly parents, they have not had the courtesy to respond any of my seven phone calls. HOW DO COMPANIES LIKE THIS STAY IN BUSINESS?

Unbelievable company! I was left without air and the most efficient techs came to my house at 6 in the evening and completed the install of my new unit at 10 pm. I bought the electro maze filter as I accumulate a buildup of hair - great purchase - I hose it down and my unit runs like a charm. Go for Chills!

Good experience and fast service. Hired them for duct cleaning in a rental house in Key Biscayne to get rid of pet dander and dust left after the previous tenant. Chills AC definitely does a good job as the allergy symptoms have significantly decreased after the initial cleaning. Would recommend this company for hire.

When your AC stops working it's an emergency! Lol At least it feels like it is and their quick response made it feel like they understand.
They said 45 minutes and they were there in less than that, found the problem and were done in like 30 min. Michael was super professional. He did the whole mask, hand sanitizer and shoe sanitizer thing for those who are super concerned. Price was great, good advice, seemed very knowledgeable. Will call again. 😁

Just to start off, I highly recommend this company to anyone with AC repairs or installation. My AC unit froze on me on a friday night while i had company over in the middle of the June in Miami, so you can understand my frustration at this point. Throughout the weekend I tried cleaning out the drain pipe and doing whatever I can to avoid calling anyone over. I was desperate and nothing I did was working. A friend recommended Chills Air Conditioning so I gave them a call. I spoke with a guy named Chris and explained the issue I was having. From the beginning of the conversation, Chris was very understanding and was able to troubleshoot a few things prior to scheduling with a technician. unfortunately, the issues I was having required a technician. Chris explained to me that they were fully booked that day but was able clear some time to send a technician over later that day. I was grateful for that. The technician came on time and went straight to work. the tech was nice and very knowledgable. He ran a few test was able to figure what went wrong and I had the AC running shortly after. The biggest thing that caught my attention was that he cared and didn't treat it as just a job. He gave me some advice and recommended a few things so it wont happen again. I was having such a terrible weekend and within a few minutes that all changed. Thank you for all your hospitality.

Never had an issue with this company until now. They charged us $150 to fix a leak in the air vent however the issue wasn’t fixed and they still charged us. The guy came back to state they added more seal and said we can buy a mat for the bathroom, this is not fixing the issue?! If they were going to suggest we buy a mat they should’ve suggested that before charging us $150 for something that wasn’t fixed.

Chills is the best! I called because of a no cool. They were very attentive, responded quick, super fair pricing and my technician Wendell was very comforting. They are my new ac company!

We used this company today to fix our AC. The repairman who came out was on-time, polite, knowledgeable, took the time to explain the situation, kept his mask on at all times, and was overall extremely professional and courteous. This is not typical service in Miami so it definitely merits acknowledgement. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

In this day and age, customer service and integrity rarely exists. How refreshing it is to have found a company that provides exceptional work and service. They'v provided great recommendations to keep my unit running smoothly. Michael and his team are amazing, I would highly recommend their service!

Cold AC is a necessity in South Florida & when mine went out during a 95 degree day, I was terrified. As with everything, I started researching in hopes I would find a reputable repairman. Third time was the charm when I called Chills. The two companies who came to quote me before them told me I needed a new unit & I was even hesitant to let one guy in.

I spoke with Chris from Chills and within an hour, a specialist was troubleshooting my unit. Abraham was courteous & knowledgeable, resolving my issue without having to replace the unit. 6 months later and my place is still Chilly :D I had too, they're awesome.

If you're sitting in a hot house, save yourself the headache and just call the guys at Chills first. It's rare to find trustworthy and reliable help in Miami. Michael and his team are truly a pleasure to work with.

If the star rating was from 0 to 100 I honestly couldn't give the less than 100. They were fantastic from the very first point I talked to them, polite, professional, and they kept that throughout the entire process.
I had a major a/c replacement job and they surprised me with their professionalism and small things they did like sending a picture of the technician who was on the way, explaining little details about what they were doing, cleaning up as they were doing the job, etc. Picking a company to do a major appliance job in your house is not easy and you often need to blindly put all your trust in the contractor, I'm just glad they were referred to me.

This is the “coolest” air conditioning comp I’ve seen. The ac works great and if there’s ever an issue, they come right away and fix it. I highly recommend them and Mike is a very kind and respectful and fair guy who I highly recommend working with. 10/10 for sure
