It all started a few years ago, when I was looking for The best price and service I could get to have my very old A/C unit replaced. They came out to be my best choice!
Since then I had contacted JJ for any questions, concerns,or issues related to my AC unit, and not only that I’ve been answered, or helped; but I have get the best and most eficiente service anyone could ask for.

This company sold me a Trane AC system which broke about a month ago. They charged me $125 for a 20-minute visit and I am not sure what they did.because It broke again this last Monday. They told me it was under warranty and I had to wait a week for a new part. When the technician came today to install the new part, he said I owed $325 for "labor" which was a 10-minute fan installation! They never ever mentioned that there would be a charge. Literally, 10 minutes to install a part under warranty! Totally unethical!

Owner and team members where amazing, caring and paying attention to detail to my home. Very glad I hired them. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. thank you again

I've used this company for two years and purchased a new unit from them. They are respectful, professional, hard working and knowledgeable from the phone scheduling all the way through the work and the payment process. Each person in the process expresses their dedication to making the process as smooth as possible. My first call after hours led me directly to the owner, not an answering service, not an unmotivated voice. I got a direct number to my tech for any future issues and I always received "courtesy calls" from a pleasant voice, no robo call and no bored irritated voices. Even in the sweltering Miami sun, the tech seem to enjoy tackling the diagnostics of the unit. Serious, but SMILING while the heat, humidity, and sun beat down for hours.
They always listen to my concerns and work with me to arrive at solutions I wanted.
The technicians installed and maintain the system CONSISTENTLY and accurately. We called JJ A/C SERVICE today to replace our old air conditioning system. They were punctual, they worked hard and they cleaned everything, it did not look like there was work done in the house. The air conditioning is very quiet and at the same time a lot of air volume through the grilles.

My husband and I are very satisfied with the installation, the courtesy of the workers and the cleanliness in general.

JJ A/C service installed a new thermostat for me last year, and recently replaced my 20+ year old unit with a new 3.5 ton 17 SEER unit and a new thermostat at no additional cost. They returned promptly at no cost to replace the thermostat when I noted the one installed was not programmable like the previously installed one. Unit is running great. Excellent customer service, friendly and honest reps, and always on time per agreed schedule (rare these days, can't stress this enough)

I also used JJ A/C service to clean my ducts after the new unit was installed, received a discounted rate and work was done quickly, on time, and well.

When it comes to JJ a/c service I would highly recommend them! I called different AC companies for estimates some will call you back or not, others will push you too units that you didn't want or that they had in stock. However when it came to JJ A/C Service they listen to what I wanted. From day one they were professional as well as courteous. I asked for a Trane two stage system and they were able to get it as well as explain what it does and on what I can expect on save money-wise when it comes to the electricity. Best thing also was they technician was kind and courteous to my family and this whole project from removing the old unit and installing the new unit was flawless and clean!!! I must say when it came to the paperwork for registering the unit and warranty they did it all. Again I highly recommend them. They treat you like family!!!
