When I called Kendale Air Conditioning I was able to book an appointment on the same day. The technician (Fred) arrived early than scheduled . He checked the Ac unit completely before giving me any type of estimate.After answering all of my questions I decided to buy a new unit. His estimate was reasonable and truthful compared to other companies. On the day of the installation everything went smoothly. The technicians were very patient and thorough installing the Ac Unit and answering all of my questions. During the installation Fred stopped by to make sure everything was going according to plan. I am very happy with the service and I will call and recommend Kendale Air Conditioner whenever they are needed.

Our ac was leaking inside the house. I called Kendale AC and spoke to Fred. He came out and advised that we change the air handler only. They came out the next day and replaced the unit. They also cut a new vent into the living room which made things much more comfortable. Every employee was excellent. The work was completed in a timely manner. The clean up was perfect. A fair price, excellent work, and good cleanup. What else can you ask for? My wife and I highly recommend Kendale Air Conditioning.

Kendale Air has been a pleasure to work with. The same day I called, Fred confirmed that I needed to replace my AC. His estimate for a 3 ton, highly rated Trane was less than 1/2 the price of the unknown brand offered by the company I had been using for years. Fred was very professional and personable, explained the work thoroughly & patiently answered all my questions. He didn’t try to oversell me like other companies. He got the permit & scheduled the replacement within a few days. He quickly responds to every call, even on weekends. The installers, Norbert & Eddie, were equally a pleasure to work with, cleaning up, finishing early & teaching me about the new thermostat. Pam, in the office, has been great - knowledgeable & helpful every time. The new unit is cooling so well, I had to set the thermostat warmer. What a refreshing experience. Thank you Kendale Air.

I am going to try to give this review without writing a 5 page essay at minimum. Kendale Air exceeded expectations above what my entire Family could have imagined. I want to first Thank Pam (Receptionist) for having such a warm and kind personality over the phone. I then want to say Thank you to Fred! such a patient man. Fred took the time out to explain the process regarding the equipment and he was so patient with me asking many questions which I surely did. Fred came by the house to double check measurements and confirm work that would be needed. Fred was so detailed with his explanation I did not need to ask questions. The installation crew! Outstanding very nice and pleasant. The installation Lead worker and all who assisted him were very good. They were scheduled to come 9am but showed up at 8:20ish. Fred said they should be done around 2 or 2:30pm and guess what they were done. We were very impressed from start to finish. When they were done they explained everything, showed us how to change the filter and took us outside to see the outside unit and what they did. Fred said that if we had any issues or problems to please contact him. He would come to see and help in any way possible. I’m grateful to God because when we decided to go with Kendale Air, my husband said let’s pray about this. God does answer prayers. I want to mention that I did get a few other estimates but opted to go with Kendale and there are no regrets. If you are looking for a HVAC company! trust me! you will not go wrong! I didn’t believe the reviews at first when I was looking for a company as I thought this was to good to be true! Well all the reviews were on point. I was here visiting my Mom from North Carolina and had no idea we would be needing a new unit inside and out. Grateful to have found this company.

Kendale air conditioning is a great company! They always call you back right away and it is important to them that the customer is happy. If there is an issue with any work, that’s been done, they will correct it for you. I really like their technician Fred. He’s kind, fast, and very knowledgeable. It’s hard to find a good air conditioning company. I went through a couple air-conditioning companies before I found Kendale Air. The others were OK, but they did not really care about the customer and they try to gouge you on the price. I’m so glad I found Kendall Air. Living in Miami, you need an air conditioning company that you can trust.

I recently had a new air conditioner installed by Kendale Air, and my experience was excellent. Fred took the time to explain all the options clearly, which helped me make an informed decision. The technicians did a fantastic job with the installation, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They left the area clean and provided a thorough explanation of the new air conditioner. I highly recommend Kendale Air and wouldn't consider using anyone else!

February 2025 Update: We had a new AC unit installed yesterday and Kendale Air provided the same excellent service we have come to expect. They arrived exactly when they said they would, they protected my flooring and furnishings while they did their work and made sure to clean up when they were finished. The team of installers was professional and respectful of our home. Upon completion of the installation, they walked me through the new system, thermostat and app, so that I was sure to know how to use it. I would also like to add that they have a lovely contact person in their office, Pam, which is always efficient, friendly and helpful whenever we have had to call them with an issue or concern. I highly recommend Kendale Air!!!

We replaced our old Trane system last April 2023. We chose Kendale Air after reviewing several quotes. From our sales rep, Pam in the office and all their technicians, we are extremely happy! The technicians treat your home as if it were theirs. Aside from being very knowledgeable and efficient, they are polite and courteous. We purchase their AC filters and they are excellent. We had a service call this past weekend and all of the above remains true. The office promptly returns calls and immediately addresses the issue. We highly recommend Kendale Air!!!

Honesty is their work ethic! I asked them for a for a duct cleaning quote. They do not do provide a quote without checking the system in person AND at no cost. They informed my mother that cleaning ducts for such an old AC system could actually cause problems. They suggested that she should just wait it out and when the old system finally breaks down, then we can have work done. They didn't want us to spend money when it would be a waste of money. YOU KNOW I WILL CALL THEM TO INSTALL A NEW SYSTEM! Thank you for your time and honesty ♥

I had been hearing great things about Kendale for years. I was very happy with the speedy installation and the crew that came to do the work. I felt confident from my first phone call with Fred.
My bills had doubled over the last few months. My old system was tired and inefficient. We replaced everything from top to bottom. It was done in less than 5 hours.
The new Lenox unit is like driving a Rolls compared to the old Rheem. The thermostat is very easy to manage. The lowered humidity in my house allows me to keep the temperature higher and be perfectly comfortable. I am very pleased.

Last week we began to get estimates for a new HVAC unit as ours was 15 years old. A dear friend recommended Kendale Air and we immediately called them. Within two hours a fantastic guy by the name of Fred showed up. He was highly knowledgeable about what we needed and didn’t try to oversell us. We also had two other estimates but Fred was the best…one company wanted $750 for a permit that Kendale charges $179. Fast forward to this Saturday when our AC started leaking for the third time in 4 months…so I called Fred immediately and within minutes we had put a deposit down on a new 3 ton Lennox Merit Series which would be installed on Monday by Eddie and Joel…they both spoke English and were super neat. As they were wrapping things up Pepe and Fred showed up to inspect the job. All is well and the house is cool.
Do not hesitate to call Kendall Air and ask for Fred to give you an estimate. Top notch, customer care!
