As my wife and I were inquiring about air conditioner quotes, we came across Kendale Air Conditioning. We must say that not only was the service they rendered excellent, but the overall information they provided, their patience, and the way they explained everything about the different air conditioner units and their functionality was something we greatly appreciated.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Fred several times, and every time I called, he picked up the phone without fail. His guidance gave me confidence and peace of mind, and the wealth of information he provided was invaluable.

When it came time for the installation, Fred and his team—Joel, Enrique, and Osvaldo—were outstanding. Despite challenging weather conditions with thunderstorms and lightning in the area, they remained determined and professional. The unit was fully installed and running in record time—starting at 9 a.m. and finishing by 3:30 p.m. the same day.

Fred and his team did a great job installing a new HVAC system in my home. They showed up right on time and were very professional. They worked diligently to remove the old HVAC system and then install the new system. The new AC is cooling and working like a charm. The guys cleaned up afterwards and even vacuumed the floor. They left no mess, really a great team and a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Had a good service experience with Panther Airconditioning and Electric today. Their service tech pinpointed the electrical problem I was experiencing and made the necessary repairs and recommendations. Victor, their technician is knowledgeable and a professional. Their prices are reasonable also. I will have Panther do future electrical work on my house because of the pleasant experience.

New home owner just wanted a check up on the system. For the cost of a tune up I enrolled in their maintenance program (“cool cat” I think it was called) which grants you two “tune ups” and all sorts of discounts when you eventually need to replace components. The tech that serviced my system was friendly and professional. He gave me his advice / opinions on my system and possible future service needs.

I’ve had my central unit serviced under the cool cat club continuously for three years now. They even replaced the main coils in the air handler (still under manufacturer warranty). I’ve met a few technicians over that span of time. David and Anthony have always made things happen for me.

Today they replaced a through the wall unit in our converted garage. We added a mini split heat pump instead of another through the wall or window unit which draws much more power.

Jose had it All cleanly installed in one day. Now I get to enjoy cooling in a cinderblock rectangle as well as have the air overflow into that side of the house.

Juan Armas is a great technician with Panther Air Conditioning and Electric who is the most reliable and efficient A/C service in Miami. They have always provided the most expeditious service (most of the time, same day) and has always solved the issues, immediately! David Rodriguez is an outstanding technician!

56 Years in Miami Beach and we would not call anyone else!

Great company and great staff. Super professional field workers and office staff. Service was prompt and very efficient. Issues are resolved very quickly and consistent with all communication throughout the process.
