Your statement is inaccurate. I specifically contacted companies that advertised free and complimentary visits for quotes, and I only allowed those companies to come to my home. At no time did your company disclose or explain any fees before sending someone out. If fees had been mentioned upfront, I would have never agreed to the appointment.

As for the so-called “recorded call,” I have repeatedly asked your company to provide a copy, and you have refused to do so. If such a recording truly exists, there should be no reason not to provide it. Until then, your claim has no credibility.

The real issue here is not the fee itself, but your failure to provide honest and transparent information from the start. Misleading customers into a service visit under false pretenses is unacceptable.

And to be clear—yes, the original review was written on my behalf, and I will continue to post additional reviews to ensure others are warned about my experience.

Arctic Fox rocks. From Appointment booking to service execution, AF is the best. This mornings annual check-up of our unit revealed a few minor recommendations that will play a large role in extending the life of our current unit.

Everyone I’ve spoken with is courteous and kind.

We had been banging our heads for months trying to get it figured out. His work was thorough, and he explained everything clearly. If I could give 10 stars I would! We called for an emergency service. Adel was sent out. What an incredible person, technician and employee. His knowledge and wisdom was impeccable! The level of trust I had for him increased the more I got to know him and his boss Mike (who personally called me and wanted to come out on Sunday) to install the fan blower. I will never use anybody else except them. 100% satisfied.
