Stay away from this company!!!! They charged you an annual fee (if you want) for no reason and nothing is included on this price.

They came out in our unit last week advising us that the motherboard was broken.
We received an estimate for more than $ 600.
I found a new company.
The motherboard was working perfectly but the wire on the machine on the roof were switched! Do they made just to ask more money!???

On the annual fee they cover testing and cleaning and the new person checked the inside of the mini split
Filthy and full of mold.

Stay away from them.
