His quick diagnosis pinpointed the problem as a broken capacitor, and he had it replaced with an OEM part in no time. Not only did he work efficiently, but he also took the time to explain the entire process to me, leaving no room for confusion. Nelson's professionalism, skill, and organization were truly impressive, and he made what could have been a stressful situation an absolute breeze. Just had our Everwell mini split unit installed by Nelson which he recommended and i couldn't be happier with the result. From my first Contact with Nelson, I felt I was in good hands. I needed an air conditioner replaced the next day and he scheduled me in right away. He was professional and very knowledgeable and he cares and takes the time to listen to your needs.
