You guys, this company is the best!!! I got home on a Saturday around 3:30pm and my air conditioner wasn’t cooling!!! Right away I thought oh Lord, it’s Saturday. No one‘s gonna be able to come out until Monday. I called and spoke to an AI receptionist who was really good but it ran into a little issue when scheduling my appointment and I wasn’t sure if somebody would really come out the same day as he offered. Minutes later, an actual human called me back and cleared everything up. The technician was at my house at 5:10pm. It was awesome.

The technician was very professional, put shoe covers on his shoes and really knew what he was doing. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me a couple of options. The AC was back up and running by 7pm. (It was frozen, so it had to thaw.)

We’ve been using this company for over 10 years and they’re still really good. Everyone I speak to there is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.!

RCI is a very reputable and reliable company. I have been using them for years and they have always done a great job. Todays visit was last minute and the technician (Frank) was here within 30 minutes of talking to their office. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any a/c issues. Mike the owner is awesome, and all his workers are great. Great company!

About a year and half ago I had an AC problem and the company I had been using for years had gone out of business. I called RCI and the service was excellent. This week one of my units stopped working so I called RCI, from the person that took my call to the technicians that responded all were professional and courteous. Both times the response was faster than I was used to.

I will continue to use RCI and will recommend them.

They came out today and it was a different tech, this gentleman was polite and professional. I will continue to use RCI for my home

It’s hard to find qualified & trustworthy people these days. I am grateful to say RCI Air has never let me and my family down. Whether it’s just a normal house call or the few emergencies we’ve had they have always come through. I have met a few of their employees and each one has been professional, meticulous and always gets the job done. I would recommend them all day!!

Very pleased with the overall experience. I contacted them in the morning and by the afternoon, a technician was at our home. Ed asked a few questions, and immediately knew what to do. Along the way, he gives us tips on what to do to preserve the life of our units and was very professional.
The price for this kind of service is immeasurable, so call them and see for yourself.

My home has 3 units and each decided to go on the blink over last 10 days… each a day or two apart. Called RCI and they promptly had their folks out to repair. Fast and very professional. Have used them for over 10 years. Never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!
