Great service! Quick, friendly, easy to schedule and communicate. They did a great job and I will likely work with them in the future on another project!

We had a brand new air conditioner installed in June of 2025. We are very happy with the Daikin brand inverter style, 5 ton AC unit. In September of 2025, the outside breaker for the compressor failed. This breaker was connected to some older electrical parts so it had nothing to do with air on demand or the air conditioner. They came out and replaced the electrical parts that were old and everything is working great.

Ramon was very helpful and communicated well every step of the way. The installers were quick and clean and talked me through the set up. I have no complaints.

Had service today with Chris, he is a stellar professional. Very thorough and a great communicator. Also confirming my previous post as well below.

I’ve never dealt with a company that has such a high standard of customer service! This team is amazing. Marianna always genuinely cares about what’s going on with the AC and does her best to get us scheduled. The technicians also are awesome. You always get alerts when they are coming, a photo of your tech and great service.

From the technicians to the ownership, this company is a family! I have been using Air on Demand for over 15 years and let me tell you, they get better and better with HVAC technology offerings. Just got a new home and they installed brand new HVAC system alongside with new ducts and insulation. Plus, a Mini Split! They do it all and always professional!

Jace Lovelace with Air On Demand did an excellent job. Not only did he repair the AC, he also gave us tips on how to maintain the AC to work properly. He kept me informed on what he was doing. He was pleasant and professional.

I was highly satisfied with technician Joel Jung’s A/C maintenance service today, 4/21/25. Joel showed up on time, serviced the indoor and outdoor units, explained the duct cleaning service if we wanted to do that in the future, communicated well and was extremely courteous, polite, respectful, and unassuming. He worked diligently and showed me that the filter was still good; he reported on the condition of the outside unit and what service he performed on it. He was clear and direct. I really appreciate his outstanding work ethic. Thank you so much!

We hired Air On Demand to install a new AC unit but also to install the ventilation system because the house had never been vented for an AC unit. We also reached out to a number of other air conditioning companies and went with Air On demand because every experience with their customer service has been top-notch. That was two years ago, and since then when they have come out to perform annual maintenance, it’s never rushed, they always explain everything, and I continue to be blown away by what a great company they are. I would hire them again absolutely!

Air on Demand always delivers. I had a mini-split installed, and the technician’s knowledge and pride in their work were outstanding.

Bernard and his assistant, Jonathan were very respectful of the house and considerate during the entire installation process. The new equipment was professionally and neatly installed. They made sure that the system was functioning properly, and explained the new features to me. They completely cleaned up the work area and hauled away the old system and debris. I was completely satisfied with their work.

Arrived on time and threw out entire service technician was curtis and very professional. Changed certain parts under warranty.
