My house has two a/c units and both decided to break down in this Miami heat. Air on Demand came out right away and determined I needed a new one plus maintenance on the other. Ramon Jr. arranged everything and I was able to get both services done a.s.a.p.He along with the staff were honest, knowledgeable, and extremely kind.

When I needed to have my air conditioning system checked for possible problems I called Air On Demand to give them a try. They sent out a technician the same day I called. Ramon Jiron arrived to evaluate my system and give me honest feedback on what was needed for a more efficient cooling system. I was extremely happy with the service Air On Demand provided and how quickly Ramon Jiron arrived along with how friendly and informative he was with his evaluation. I would recommend anyone interested in getting your Air conditioning serviced or a new installation call Air On Demand.

We just replaced our AC unit with AOD. It was the smoothest and fastest purchase/install I have ever done. Every one was professional. Great service done by Air on Demand. All the staff I met were friendly and professional. Jonathan in particular was very helpful with explaining the whole process during demolition and AC installation.

We worked with Ramon JR, him and his team were awesome they were very professional and Respectful . Ramon was in constant communication with us and the landlord. His team was very careful and thoughtful in my unit caring for the walls and furniture while bringing in the big unit which I really appreciate .Once everything was done they were very helpful and showed me exactly how to use the new thermostat. I would definitely recommend this company!

I herd a noise in my ac and immediately turned it off. I called air on demand who installed my ac. They sent a a very unprofessional tech to me home named Joel Jung. He basically did nothing to my ac just take off lid and immediately say it was the motor that had to be replaced for $ 899.00 with only 90 day warranty. When I asked him to make sure it was a new motor he immediately went outside. In order to get a longer warranty he was trying to upsell me. This tech did not look experienced in my oppionion. Complete ripp off. Luckily I decided to call another company today and it was not the motor. My ac was working fine. The cost was $195.00 to replace a part that went bad and I got a full warranty. Buyers beware companies in Florida take advantage of people because they think they can get away with it and they think people are uneducated.

Air on Demand is always there when we need them. They did our install 10 years ago and maintenance ever since. All of their technicians are great, making sure that everything is working properly and cleaning up before they leave. I won’t trust anyone else but Air On Demand. Also, if you get David, Jace, Joel or Chris on your call, you are in very good hands.

Called them and someone was able to come out very quickly. Jace the technician was very professional and informative. Had the AC running within a couple hours. Price seemed reasonable.

2nd year with AOD service contract, tech was excellent in maintaining our Home AC/ Heat. Always conscious about cleanness while working and technical advice. $279 for 2 visits / yr and warranties for service parts .

We had all of our A/C ducts and vents replaced, A/C deep cleaned and new insulation installed. We can’t speak highly enough of Air On Demand, especially Ramon, Jonathan, Bernard and Johnny. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and worked great together as a team. We received texts when they would be coming, they arrived on time and they cleaned up each day before they left. Given the nature of the job, we were expecting a lot of dust and debris in the house but because of extra steps they took, that was not the case. Highly recommend Air On Demand!

Called Air on Demand after our AC stopped cooling and heard the outside unit whistling and the fan wasn’t running, we immediately turned it off and called them the next morning. I talked to their AI assistant first, gotta say it was a little weird but also nice to know I wasn’t just leaving a voicemail that no one would listen to. Anyways, someone did call me back, she was super nice, and told me someone would come out that day. She was very honest and listened to my concerns. The technician, Jace, arrived earlier than expected and he was great. Love that they send a text with a picture of the person that is coming and he also called before coming to make sure someone would be home. Thought that was fantastic. He did a wonderful job, got to work fast and he was happy to answer all my questions. No complaints and would definitely recommend them for any of your AC needs.

The technician turned up in time and quietly preformed of cleaning the a/c and installing a UV light. He was very efficient and seemed to know is duty. He was very friendly and didn’t mind our questions or my husband watching him do the job. Air on Demand is a service I have used for more years than I can remember and I have never been let down by any of their employers. The techs come, complete their jobs and they leave the surround area clean and tidy always. I recommend this company always to family and friends. They always do our a/c service twice a year.

We’ve used Air on Demand several times now. Their Customer Service and knowledge is unlike many other businesses. We have 3 units and all are now on a maintenance plan where they flush out lines, change filter, check system while running and offer suggestions for better efficiency, but are not hard sells. Techs are friendly and even wear booties while inside the house which I especially appreciate! Would highly recommend.

The install teams worked simultaneously here, and both systems were installed in the most professional manner. They removed the old systems with ease, and installed the new units just the same.
