RCI’s team was very responsive over a holiday weekend and sent a tech out asap. The tech quickly assessed the problem and fixed everything much quicker than expected. The RCI has always been extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

The RCI Technician was absolutely wonderful. I believe his name might be Salvatore. In any event, he was conscientious, did expert workmanship, and was committed to getting our air going before he left for the evening. We have had a number of technicians from RCI in the past and they’re all very good. Today’s Technician's was truly outstanding. I will of course always use RCI in the future.. A company is only as good as its workforce. All your technicians are real credit to your company and your management!

w/ 2 day notice, huge advance in technology. Thank you RCI. Owner Mike helped us to make what I know is the right decision for the most important home system needed in South FL. Appreciate that Mike took his time to help us out and gave us several choices. Our 25 yr old Trane AC finally gave out. RCI was on it, thanks Molly you know the products. I'm grateful to find a reliable AC company when so many local AC companies have been absorbed by conglomerates.🙏

Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Call RCI. They are the most affordable and do the job right. I don't do reviews, but I only felt it is right to tell the world about he outstanding service they give. I wish there was a sixth star, because 5 stars are not enough.

They are the best customer service and they always answer promptly and resolve issues and think out of the box all technicians are true professionals and so is their supervisor Mike honestly they are unparalleled I wish other vendors could learn from them !

I would give RCI a 10 star review. I did everything online within 5 minutes. Received a text message saying they made an appointment. They sent messages when the tech was en route and even when the job was completed. The tech was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. I loved how easy it was from start to finish.

Total professionals. Always reasonably priced. Have trusted them for years and would recommend them to anyone in South Florida.

We have been using Mike Ricklick and MCI for many years, and have always received fast and and excellent service when anything on our system, has encounterd a problem. Even on nights and weekends, MCI has been there to assist us,. Yestetday, a very hot Sunday in late October, the sytem started going on and off sporadically. As I am currently bedtidden following recent back surgery, it was exteremly unpleasant. I called Mike at RCI and left him a message about my situation. I am extremely happy to report he had a technician at our door at 10am this morning, and the system is back up and running. Outstanding, thoughtfull, and considerate service in our book. You don't find service like this very often nowadays. Once again RCI has shown itself to be A#1 in our book.
Great job Mike, and thanks again for your excellent service over these years we been using you to get through our long hot Florida summers, and the occassional winter chill.

I called late yesterday afternoon and they were here this morning to fix my clogged drain due to excess sludge inside the unit. Service men were very professional and fixed my problem very quickly. I will definitely use RCI again in the future.

This was for my rental property. Tenant was very impressed with the service, competence, and friendliness of the technician.....so much so that she called her son, who owns a business, and suggested that he use this company.

AC is a priority to me, and RCI knows to communicate my appointment from beginning to end, when I know who and when the AC tech will arrive. From front office appointment scheduling to the arrival of the tech, I was in constant text messages to know when to expect the service individual.
Bottom line, exceptional service !

Lazaro Garcia was efficient, friendly and informative. He stopped the leaking of my AC and suggested what could be done to avoid the same issues in the future.

It’s very unusual that in Miami. You can get a responsible air conditioning company that comes out on a Saturday to take care of his customers. They do a fantastic job. The owner is terrific and his tech is terrific. What a pleasure thank you Mike Ira.

Lazaro arrived on time with a great attitude. Spot-on diagnosis, quick repair, reasonable price. This is why I stick with RCI.

RCI-Air installed a completely new air conditioning system in my house, including the removal of the old system. From the first day RCI was professional and a pleasure to work with, from the owner to the installers. I highly recommend RCI for their dedication to service and quality. At no point during the project did I feel they cut corners and did not make my home a priority. Mike was also very competitive on the price.

Believe the reviews, guys. This company is wonderful. I was skeptical at first, I’ve worked with a couple of other AC companies in south florida and I’ve had problems with their lack of transparency with their pricing models and experienced terrible customer service with the technicians.

I called RCI in the morning and Molly helped me understand the pricing structure clearly. I had a leak and I needed maintenance ASAP. She helped to pull up my appointment and sent Laz. Laz is so great! I told him my issues (leak, tons of dust, mold fears) and he walked me through his inspection process in real time and made sure I understood the whole process. He gave me upkeep tips and plugged holes in the wall where we thought dust was coming in. He worked fast and kept the place clean as he left.

I’ll be a returning customer for sure. Don’t hesitate and give them a call for your AC needs. Talk to Molly and ask for Laz!

Second time in two weeks, RCI saved us! Called at 8am and Mic had someone from his team out by noon to fix the problem!

Mario came out on a Sunday in a very timely manner. He was polite and explained everything very clearly, with pictures, to me and my husband. In 16 years we have never used any other ac company and we have never been disappointed with them. They always go above and beyond to keep their customer happy
