Have nothing but good things to say. The man is honest and will not do a job unless it IS indeed necessary. The job he did yesterday, he could have done it 6 months ago. He refused then due to another issue. Told me that if he did repair it then, I would be throwing my money away. Zero complaints about the place. Definitely recommend.

I took my 08 Cadillac escalate for repair today i was greeted with a few minutes Great service they went in took care of my problem. I was out less than 30 minutes

Honest Mechanics! My 2010 VW was shooting hot air and they initially quoted me $800 to fix. After further review they realized I didn't need to buy the entire A/C part, the car just needed a part to be replaced. They charged me $450 and my A/C blows super COOL! Thank you!!

Went to this shop early this morning and I was the only customer at that time. Mr. Artiles measured the gas on the AC system and give me two options that would "fix" the AC problem, with two price points and, explained each one. The work took 45 minutes. I took my 2004 Pontiac GTO to have my AC repaired and I was impressed that before anything he tested the unit for leaks and lack of freon and advised that the compressor was bad and need to be replaced.
He was able to special order the compressor and fixed the car in less than 24 hrs. his shop was clean, all organized, he explained in detail what he was going to do to correct the problem. my car is perfect and ac working as it is supposed to. I will use this company again to work on all my cars from now on if I have ac issues. Thank you Mr. Artiles.

Very honest and solution oriented! My AC was not working because of a blown fuse. Artiles first directed me to go to an electrical specialist but then diagnosed it in a few minutes and fixed, he was not going to charge me but I left a good tip which he 100% deserved! Highly recommended, my new preferred AC repair shop.

I never writes reviews but this place really deserve this comment. If you are looking for a profesional, affordable and HONEST ac repair shop, please look not further. After 2 years of trying ti fix my ac on many places, my car is now cooling again thank to Artiles who is the owner and the person who directly works with you. BUT this is not all, he even went above and beyond to find a way to save my money. Every places I went they gave me a higher price and wanted to change my compressor without even looking. Artiles was able to identify that the compressor was in fact good and the issue was with the regulator valve. Now days is hard to find a workshop with professional service, honest technicians and great prices, with Artiles you get ALL OF THE ABOVE, muchas gracias!!!!!

I brought my 2011 Acura RDX in in the advise of a friend. Mr. Artiles was very helpful and diagnosed my AC problem in less than 10 minutes. He gave me a very good quote for the work that needed to be done. He had the car fixed by the next morning. New AC compressor, labor, system cleaned, and Freon for a price that I just could not believe. I truly thought it was going to cost twice as much. And when the work was finished he honored the quote without any additional charges. Absolutely the most honest and fair person I have dealt with in a long time. My car now blows colder than an ice cream truck, even in this Miami heat. I would recommend Artiles to anybody needing quality AC work done on their vehicle. So happy. 10 stars.

Artiles saved me from this Miami heat! First I called him to explain the problem with my car's air conditioner, then I took my car the next day in the morning and he fixed it in less than an hour. I highly recommend him. Just a heads up: this business is located in a very, very busy street, so be careful when you're arriving where to park.

Brought my 2016 Mustang GT after the A/C completely broke. As soon as I drove in to his shop, he and his technician immediately diagnosed the bad compressor, and had a reasonable price/work plan for me. Señor Artiles had it fixed in under 24 hours, and was professional and polite the whole time. I would strongly recommend his shop to anyone needing A/C work completed on their vehicle.

My Ford Explorer wasn't cooling and there was a funny sound coming from the engine, I showed up a little before 10:00 am on a Saturday and was out before 11:00 am. Met with the owner Artiles, told him the problem I was having, he asked me to open the hood and almost immediately found a leak gave me a quote told him I was fine with it. Not only did he replace the part that was the source of the leak, but filled the Freon the proper levels, oiled the compressor which took the funny sound away and the price that I paid is what most places charge just to look at it!! Artiles is very professional an honest. Thank God I took my Explorer there. This place is Great and I highly recommend it!!

The air conditioner in my car quit functioning. All it would do is blow hot air. I took it to two mechanics and they refilled with freon but the A/C would only last at the most three weeks. Neither one could diagnose what the problem was. The third time the A/C quit working, I to it to Artiles Air. They finally ran a test and determined that I had a freon leak in the condenser. He recommened another A/C shop that specializes in replacing the condenser but it needs to be in the shop for a whole week. I asked the mechanic to please fill my A/C with freon, even it would only last a few weeks while I made arrangements to take the car to the other shop. Well.... this shop and the mechanics are really great. Not only did they add freon, but the A/C in my car ran great for over six weeks! I am in the process of saving money to have the condenser repalced (it is very expensive at the other shop and I do not have all the money yet.) I will be taking it back tomorrow to havethe freon refilled. By the end of the six week period the A/C will work, I will have saved enough to finally have the condenser repalced. This company is really great! I highly recommend them!!!!!

Artiles is the best in the business! My Air conditioner was not blowing out cold air. Artiles immediately found what was wrong and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes. Reasonable prices! I highly recommend going to Artiles for any AC problem you may have.

Took the car here because the A/C was not blowing cold air. He looked at it and said most probably the compressor and gave me the info of another shop to verify that it's not electrical. The other shop wanted $600 ($200 to diagnose a/c issues and $400 to diagnose electrical) just to diagnose.

When I told this to Artiles he checked the car for free and replaced the compressor. The cost to replace was on par with what everyone else charges ($1200) but he diagnosed the issue for free and gave me an honest service.

Very rude. Tall slender guy Said he didn't speak english. I was there at 8 30 am
He said wait with his hands.
Then left us standing there. 15 minutes walking by us, helping other clients repeatedly and not looking at me.

Marvelous AC specialist. Finally found someone who knows exactly what they are doing. Checked through and tested all the possible issues first. Señor Ronaldo Artiles was very polite and honest. First class Auto AC mechanic.
