Really appreciated how quickly Yohan responded to our call. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and sorted out our issue with the heating immediately. He also explained to us how our whole system worked and advised us on servicing and ways in which we could improve the efficiency of the whole thing. On top of that he was a very friendly and interesting person to meet. He wore a mask and was extremely courteous. Many thanks Yohan we will be back!

Stay away! Any other place is better than this horrible business. My a/c breaks and I found this company on a search, after speaking with 3 people including the technician and was told they were coming out in a few hours. After waiting for hours on end and speaking with the tech and being lied to. I ended up having to contact another company. Extremely unprofessional. The tech just never shows up and I had to call. Jim from my wife's phone for him to answer just so he can tell. Me he has other responsibilities to take care of and he's not coming. What a huge water of time. Their dispatch never called me back to tell me they weren't sending anyone. Granted it was a Sunday morning. But, they ad says they are 24/7. Like. Said, stay away don't waste your time.
