Picón Air has been the go to for our family since the late 1990's with great service not only in the field but at the office as well. A family owned and operated business who's highly knowledgeable and always willing to help.

I needed a ductless mini split installed at my house. Since I have used Picon in the past I called them for an estimate. I spoke to Neil and he was super helpful. The estimate they gave me was better than 2 other companies I asked for quotes. And it was for the same model and spec unit. They arrived on time. Did the installation and everything went smooth. The installers were nice and answered all my questions. The MiniSplit AC works great and the installation looks great. Would recommend them to everyone. Very Happy.

Very impressed with responsiveness and work. I called just before lunch and the PICON team dispatched a tech team that afternoon. Two tech’s arrived, asked questions and assessed the unit. I agreed and they promptly got to work and were finished that late afternoon. Would gladly recommend and plan to use them again. Omar the lead was helpful and informative, represented the company well.

I had a very simple problem and they came and fixed it, no drama, seemed very honest. They did not come up with any extras to get me to spend money.

Yohan was very responsive and was able to clean and fix my wall AC that was running warm and didn't seem to work properly. This was done over a busy weekend as well.

I took my old Ford Focus to them and they sorted out the air conditioning straightaway for me. they were really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommended.

This company is the worst. I'm out $560 and my A/C is still not not fixed. They do not show up on time, and whatever they said was wrong with my A/C was not true. Less than 24 hours after they supposedly fixed the problem, I'm having the same problem. A/C stopped working and my draining pan is full of water. Called them back to come fix the problem and they told me they would have to charge me extra. They come a second time and the problem is still not fix. Worst company ever.

I called asking for service... the representative took my number and address and said a technician would be calling me soon. The technician called 10 minutes later to confirm my address, the address had been taken down incorrectly so I gave him the correct address. I asked for an ETA, all he said was "will be there shortly". Got a call two hours later asking for me to text the correct address again so I did, I asked for an ETA and again he said "will be there shortly". Another two hours later (around 1pm) I messaged him to let him now that we would be unavailable after 3:30pm so if he could please come before then... no response. Waited another while (around 2:30pm) to see if he would at least call...nothing at all... so I just texted him to cancel the service call because I can't deal with unprofessionalism. Randomly got a call at 3:30pm from a completely different technician from what sounded like a different company asking if we called about a broken AC, I hung up.
