The price seemed very reasonable, and the next day they had fixed my air conditioning. It was wonderful service. I highly recommend them.

After searching for more than 6 moths. Came across Picon A/C. He came an do a walk thru my home.. introduce me to 3 brands, One of them, I did not recognize.. DAIKIN. decide to learn.. Took me 2 weeks to search and learn, requested a Quote from another CO, and Picon, came middle of the road. Decide to choose them for "Their Honesty and Professionalism". Neil even, invite me to his warehouse to look into these new brand, DAIKIN. I Was very, very, happy with this Brand (I did not know of them, they are slim units, not a BIG BOX, and their noise level is nearly silence. In the Orient are very well known). Picon CO. Installation was clean and neat, from the outside Unit to the Air Handler Inside. Unit installed was a 3.5 ton, inverter, noise level is 52 dB(A), 12 yrs warranty, w/Smart Thermostat & One Premium Air Cleaner (my family suffer from dust allergies). This unit comes with AHRI Certificated … After a week, installed, allergies are gone from my family's nose. I cannot ask for more, very happy with Neil knowledge, Yiri and Omar, professional installation. Kudos for PICON Air Conditioning. I am a happy customer, If need to see unit working, reach out to me, I could not find any unit in my area installed, I was very hesitant and almost chose another well known brand. I'll start with the punch line: Picco Air Control should be your designated AC service provider, period.

I first got in touch with John (owner) about 9 years ago on a hot summer day. I switched the thermostat and AC wouldn't start afterwards. Went on Yelp and scrolled through the service provider pages like most of you do, and I stumbled across Picco. Called John but he was busy at a job site, but he asked me to text him the issue and he quickly replied with his thoughts and the possible root cause. It boiled down to a shorter fuse in the furnace. Instead of coming over and charging me a heavy service charge to simply replace the fuse, he directed me to buy a replacement for just a few bucks and gave me detailed instructions on how to replace it myself, which worked out perfectly. That's when u realized I found a trustworthy and honest provider, which is nothing short of finding a needle in a haystack these days.

Fast forward to this summer, I started having cooling issue with my unit. Another trusty AC tech friend had helped me with refilling the refrigerant, but the unit was just too old at this point and kept leaking it out to the point I had to refill the freon 3 times in a span of just 4 months. That's when I remembered John and reached out to him for help.

Expertise and Knowledge: John is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and able to quickly diagnose the issue and offer up solutions.

Responsiveness: Super prompt response times, and John was very punctual for all our appointments as well as all the calls/text communication.

Professionalism and Cleanliness: John, Alex and their team were super friendly, polite, respectful, considerate,and left everything clean and the way it was after service.

Honesty and Reliability: The single most important factor in my opinion. The cost to replace the unit isn't cheap, but I genuinely felt I was treated with honesty and transparency. I know exactly how much I was paying and the pricing breakdown. John wasn't trying to upsell me anything. In fact, he was very cognizant of the cost and even gave me pointers to compare other services providers and what to look for in pricing. I sensed John's honesty and integrity, and that's what ultimately led me to give him the job.

Customer Service: Going above and beyond is the best way to sum things up. The entire experience, from the very first text message to helping me set up financing and with great details and handholding, John was there for me, day and night. Alex was so nice and kind he went out of his way to tape up the pipe for my other unit after years of UV and dog abuse.

The 5 stars I gave really don't do justice to the ultimate experience I have consistently had with John and Picco Air Control. Again, trust is the ultimate factor. I trust John, and I already told him the next replacement job is his when the time comes.

Picon installed 2 units in 2 of my family’s apartments. From A to Z the Pucon Team headed by Jr. are pros. Ethical, dependable, courteous and best of all, reasonably and competitively priced.

About two years ago, I had my old A/C unit replaced by Picon Air Conditioning. This company was recommended to me by my dear friend Alicia Beltran, who had her unit replaced, too, by Picon almost five years ago. And, she has been very happy with them, and so have I, too.

However, yesterday (12/10/24), I noticed something was wrong with my A/C. I called Picon at 8:20 am, and even before 10 am, my system was back, and running, thanks to the service people who came to my home, and replaced the cause of the problem: A thermostat.

Thank God and Picon Air Conditioning. I recommended them highly.

Picon Air Conditioning was recommended to me by a friend. My unit had been inspected twice before Picon and was still broken. Picon came and they were finally the ones who discovered what was wrong with it, but we ultimately bought a larger unit from them. Smooth process with installation and payment. Also great customer support. I called twice before the unit was installed with a few questions and they were always happy to take their time and talk with me about my concerns. Since the installation, everything is working great and I’ve since recommended them to my next door neighbor and parents.
