Scheduled an appointment to repair my AC, Kobi said his technician would be there with in an hour. He never showed up and kobi never replied to my calls again.

Kobi has been very professional since the beginning. Dryer parts were ordered and installed in a timely manner at decent price. Great service!

All the technician have rude behaviour, I had there with my grandpa ,his technician David did very bad behaviour,then I talked to David why you are behaving with my grandpa ,then another all technician came to quarrel with me.

God forbid ,I came from there with my Grandpa.

Called Saturday left a message with their phone service said it was not urgent and I could wait till the office opens.. Called 4 time throughout Monday and got a busy signal. Called Monday night to leave another message with their "24/7 answering service". Waited till Thursday to call again and guess what, I once again got their answering service. They have worked on my heater in the past and were excellent so I am not sure what is going on but at this point I wont even bother using them anymore.
