FIRST CLASS in all ways. Super quick to respond and a company that genuinely cares about their customers. Rafael and Pedro both came to help us when our AC went out- they greeted our entire family with kindness, authenticity and service. We truly feel like we could call them directly if we needed help. I paid him in full gave me the wrong tankless water heater refused to return any of my calls or correct the mistake he made. Go somewhere else I do not recommend Yoandy !! Had to report him now taking him to court!!

I am extremely disappointed and feel very taken advantage of this company who took my money and did not provide the materials we purchased. Anyone doing business with this company should not trust anything they say. We purchased a gas tank from them months ago and till today it has not been delivered. This individual lies every time we speak to him about why the merchandise has not been delivered. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They took our money and ran. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy

Called him twice in a 2 week span, both times gave me an appointment (which I called off work to attend) both times didnt even bother to call to advice he wasnt gonna make it.

Puts garbage Mexican made parts on commercial equipment that won't last 6 months. Happened twice to me. Last time i asked for a refund, was told business was slow to allow him some time. This was back in December '15 and Im still waiting. Equipment went bad on me and he hopped on a plane for a month long vacation, promised to have someone else take care of it....never did!....horrible! Avoid at all costs! Also learned he screwed a friend with a walk in cooler....bad business...has been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I had some trouble getting my regular guys in the store to fix 2 of my freezers that were broken, after a random search on the internet I found bindencool , Luis was a gentleman from the beginning to the end , he came on time , very communicative , answer my texts with in minutes even over the weekend. He went above and beyond to make sure the freezers were 100% before he left , we only had a miscommunication over the walk in freezer temperature that we keep at +10 not -10 , but the was something that I could adjust my self . Over all 5 stars. Thank you Luis. We will definitely call this company again
