The technicians that installed the new system did a great job. They were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to do their job. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an air conditioning contractor. Ryan was professional and straightforward about pricing right up front, and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. On the day of the install, his techs worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up. I’ll never call another AC contractor again.

In a world where everyone is trying to scam people and do shotty work filled with shortcuts, these guys are the exception.

Dennis and Santi changed out my old (almost 20 year old) 4 ton AC unit at my house and they literally went above and beyond. The old slab my AC was sitting on was off level and slightly sunken into the ground, and I told them it was no big deal and to leave it like that. They immediately told me that was unacceptable and their was no way they'd leave it like that. They replaced all the old deteriorating insulation on my line set and did a super neat and professional job.

If you're looking for a company that really value their customers and is filled with knowledgable techs who take pride in their work, these guys are it! From the top down. Ryan the owner, literally came out next day when I called him and had his guys there the next day installing my new unit.

I don't trust anyone else to look at my ac unit after having worked with these guys.

I had two other air conditioning companies come out to our house and they both told me that the ac was working perfect and that our current hot weather was causing the house to feel warmer than usual. Our house was 81 degrees at 8:pm after running nonstop all day. John came out and took his time trouble shooting the entire system. Although he agreed that the pressures were good he identified based on his knowledge and state of the art equipment that our compressor was bad. Although I was reluctant because the compressor sounded perfect I agreed to move forward. He did the needed research and found out that the compressor was under warranty and changed it. Today I am pleased to say that regardless of our record setting temperatures, my house is an ice box. I strongly and without hesitation recommend this company. Thanks John great job!!!

Excellent work done by this company. Just had them replace all of my 1967 duct work in the attic and they were neat, efficient and got this nasty job done! Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the quality of service that New Duct Service Company provided. Their team was thorough, efficient, and respectful of my property. They took the time to inspect my air ducts thoroughly and identified areas that needed special attention. They were able to remove all the dust and debris from my air ducts, leaving them spotless. I've gone to them many times before but 3 compressors in a 1 yrs time something isn't right. First repair on July 23 then after it lasted till October which the lady would not give me a new receipt then again now in Sept.

This place is very sketchy, they installed a compressor into my car for $1,000 for it to not be working anymore. (Compressor was purchase 3 months back) The reason Behind this cost was “warranty” but after taking my car back to them twice the owner get mad at me and told me it’s not his problem. Apparently it’s electrical issues and they cannot do electrical work there for some reason. After they installed the compressor my RPM’s started to jump up and down and now the ac only works in the morning. This guy was no help all he did was look at my car and tell me what he thought was wrong. He didn’t do a diagnostic before telling anything so I don’t even know if the original problem was the ac compressor or was it electrical? This place sucks don’t waste your money or time coming to this place
