Our AC was limping along for several months. Called Copasetic based on a referral. A technician showed up the next day and determined that our 14 year old unit was a goner. We knew that and were putting off the inevitable. After taking measurements and determining we needed another 1/2 ton capacity, we decided to replace instead of just putting another bandaid on. The problem was that we live in an old home with limited space for a bigger unit. No problem. Copasetic was able to find an air handler that fit into our space.

It was just a couple days between ordering and install. The technicians showed up ON TIME on the day of install and worked tirelessly through the job. I have a little bit of construction experience and can identify attention to detail. These guys are masters of detail. In the small space that we have for the inside air handler, they made it work and were meticulous.

Finding honest, reliable, and qualified tradesmen in the area is sometimes difficult. Copasetic is all of the above and more.

So impressed and incredibly happy. Their work is so clean and precise! They were on time, worked efficiently, cleanly, and quicker than I expected. They kept me updated on everything they were doing from start to finish. I was expecting a really big mess at the end, but they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves! We would use them over and over again!

I've been working in condominiums for 4-5 years now and Copascetic is the best HVAC company i've ever dealt with hands down and it's not even close! These guys maintain and conduct repairs on our 3 AAON RTUs (they're AAON certified!) They also work on our pool and spa heaters and take care of all the heat pumps in our common areas and for many of our residents also.

Ryan and his guys are the most knowledgable, honest, and hardworking techs in the trade, and they don't mind going above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of.

Copasetic is just phenomenal. I have no other way to explain it. After dealing with other HVAC companies I can say this company sets itself apart. No run arounds or bs. Simply put, there is no other AC company to go with. They won’t sell you something you don’t need. They’re thorough, knowledgeable, and honest which is difficult to find these days. Ryan took his time to make certain I was getting a properly sized AC for my house, answered every question I had, and promptly had it installed. I’ll never use another AC company.

We’ve used this company for several years and they’ve bailed us out of a number of a/c failures— which always happen in the middle of summer! They respond promptly, are exceptionally courteous, and do great work. They don’t overcharge and are honest communicators, as well.

In the midst of all the COVID 19 and quarantine and as weather heats up my 24 year old AC decided it was going to finally stop working. Ryan and Copasetic Mechanical has been our go to AC guys for the last 7 years. Ryan has always been honest and a pleasure to deal with. When this happened we called him and he broke the news, he gave us a quote. I looked into other companies and did my due diligence. I found a couple of companies that gave me a better quote however, I have really been extremely happy dealing with Ryan and his customer service is always amazing. With the stress of times, current health conditions, and previously experienced his professionalism, customer service and honesty, I decided to go with Ryan. I have NO regrets. He came by with his team, Yuni one of his employees, was very patient and careful installing the handler and the condenser. In addition, everyone wore masks. His team is very knowledgeable and you could tell they know exactly what they were doing. NOW I have an AC that is so much quieter than the old one. This one is cooler and I am sleeping better. Finding honest people and great service in Miami is heard to find and these guys are worth it!!

In case you are also wondering why I have been loyal to copasetic, ** 7 years ago, I had four different companies that told me it was urgent for me to replace my old Trane unit and that it would NOT last. Copasetic was the ONLY company that assured me that it was working well and to wait until it broke to fix.. I am glad to have Ryan and his team for the past 7 years!! I highly recommend them.

Copasetic installed 2 new HVAC units in my condo. The installers did a great job, very professional, arrived on time, neat and clean, got me set up on the Nest App. Walked me thru the App so that I was comfortable with how it functioned. Very satisfied with Ryan and his crew. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and very responsive! My A/C had already been out of service for 10 days and the company I was using never followed up after contacting them several times as to the status of a part (fan motor) needed to repair my A/C. A friend of mine highly recommended Copasetic Mechanical and I called Ryan the same afternoon and he informed me he would be able to get a fan motor that same afternoon and would be at my house first thing next morning. The technician Luis showed up at 8:30 next morning to perform diagnostics on my the A/C unit and then Ryan showed up shortly after with the fan motor. They were able to repair the A/C unit that same morning and I was finally able to get cool air in my home. I have worked with a few A/C companies in the past and have never received the type of responsiveness, professionalism and service I have with Copasetic Mechanical. This AC company has to be the best in Miami. I’m tired of unprofessional contractors who cut corners, can't read manuals, and don't follow best practices. Many guess when adding Freon instead of following the chart, and some don't even nitrogen flush the lines when soldering. As someone who is extremely picky and mechanically inclined, I ask key subtle questions to see if they are guessing or if they know what they’re doing. This company is on point. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

Stop looking, you already found your new go-to guys for all your AC needs. We’ve been depending on the guys at Copasetic to keep us cool for a couple years now. Every time we call on them, they are there for us and on-time as promised. Recently, we had to replace our aging unit as the cost to repair was getting closer to the cost to get a new one in the long run. All options to repair and/or replace were explained and we made the decision to replace it. A quick fix was made to hold us over for the night and the next day they were there to install the new unit. They took their time, checked the work over and even cleaned up after themselves. I’m glad to have found them and do not hesitate to call whenever we need them. The fact that they are a local family-owned and run business is just the icing on the cake and we are proud to support them and recommend them without hesitation.

Best in the business! Ryan and his team are who you need to get your ac issues resolved! My house is from 1960, and has a strange ac set-up that caused me headaches for years. They rebuilt the a/c closet to work more efficiently, and replaced my leaky coil. Fast and affordable, keeping you in the loop the whole way.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ryan at copasetic mechanical on two occasions and both times he was great. This recent visit My Ac needed to be replaced so Ryan and his team came to install the new unit. Not only were they on time but they work efficiently. When they were done everything that was moved was put back into place and they cleaned up after.
