I have used Copasetic in both my home and a facility that I managed maintenance projects for. I have worked with several of their crews. I have been impressed with both the professionalism and customer service on every occasion.
I have lived in my house for over 25 years with a HOT bedroom. The rest of the house had to be kept very cold to keep my bedroom barely cool. After Copasetic finished replacing the ducts and maintaining the airhandler unit, my whole house has a consistent temperature in every room. Other companies attempted this in the past and failed. I recommend this company to all of my friends and customers.

Update: I just had my third big job completed by Copacetic, and I am honestly in awe. Yuni and his team replaced all my old ductwork and lifted and stabilized my old unit, and watching these guys work is unbelievable. The work they did looks like something done for NASA or SpaceX. While the work they do is absolutely incredible, what gets me every time is the tiny details that are huge to me. The fact that not a single person working for this company seems to be anything less than a perfect gentleman amazes me. Each one is special and so kind and respectful of my home, family, and pets. They take the time to close gates after themselves, they don't block sidewalks, they say hi and wave at my little girl, and they even put down paper to protect my wood floors from scratches. John even brought in my trash cans which almost had me in tears. This is literally a team of the kindest and most hard working gentleman I've met. I feel as safe with them as I do my own family. I never feel like I have to stay and step out when I need to without worrying because they always keep my dogs and home safe and close everything up. Yuni is also an absolutely brilliant builder of all things and saved us after a contractor said he removed two trusses so they could access our unit, but apparently did only one (and very poorly). Yuni got materials and did what the contractor should have, but again with 100x the skill. Everything that man touches looks like it was done by NASA. His attention to detail and precision is amazing, as is his genuine kindness. Basically I'm just in awe and I'm convinced that Ryan is slowly collecting all the best and most talented men in Miami. Even their social media guy looks like he should be working in Hollywood 😄. The cinematography is epic. Definitely worth watching.

It is rare to find a business in Miami that runs like clockwork. Ryan and his team are unbelievable. They work so efficiently and precisely. Ryan keeps you updated via text, which is amazing, and his team actually arrived early! They started at the crack of dawn and finished a big job in a day. Their work looks amazing. They clearly take pride in what they do. His team was also raving about how well Ryan treats them, which is always promising. Workers who are treated well do good work. I couldn't be happier with this entire experience.

They are professional and no further repairs are needed once they complete their work. Have used their services multiple times for installing mini splits, replacing compressors, new units + more and will continue going back to them.

This is the second year in a row that Copasetic Mechanical conducts a yearly maintenance service in our residential AC unit/system. We are very happy with their work. This is the best AC company in Miami, it is family owned and run. My system went down in my office and was replaced up and running within one day. Everyone representing this company is polite and competent and when the job is done they leave everything spotless. I highly recommend them.

Ryan and his team were great. I first met him out of an emergency, he came to fix my broken A/C unit on Dec 23rd. I appreciated his availability and willingness to help during holiday times. Secondly, he advised that my AC unit was about to break, and a few months later it did. I called him and offered a great unit to be installed one day after. His team wore masks the entire time despite the crazy heat. They also wore shoe covers that I provided. The AC works awesome and cannot be happier with my purchase and their great service. Customer service is awesome.

Glenn, Ryan, John, and the Team at Copasetic has NO equal. Impressively fast turnaround times, white glove service, fair pricing, and extremely knowledgeable staff sets the bar with A/C companies in Miami-Dade. And by the way.....they can fix your electric pool heater as well!!! They saved me from buying a $6500+ new pool heat pump by fixing my existing one, and it is running as it did when it was new. They installed my Ruud A/C the same day as well!!! If you are tired of the typical runaround by Miami A/C contractors, JUST STOP settling, and call Copasetic TODAY!!!!

Fantastic company. Tony came out to the house on short notice and late in the day and took care of everything. I had a leaking AC when he came over and when he left everything was fixed. Great customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this company for all your Air Conditioning needs.

Update 5/2023: I recently used this company again, this time for installation of a Ductless Mini Split. I cannot stress enough how great the service is. They are punctual, thorough and helpful. This is the only air conditioning company I will use. Highly Recommend!

Copasetic is a great company. I feel really lucky to have found them. They came recommended to me by the seller of the home I purchased. Ryan was my main contact. He worked with me to get me the system that worked for me. In addition to installing mini splits throughout my property, he also went above and beyond to coordinate other trades to ensure the work was full and complete (masons and electricians). After install, tenants complained that one of the rooms were not cooling like the others, Ryan sent over a technician and had it repaired immediately. This is a great company and I wont use another mechanical contractor in Miami.

If you are looking for an honest, reliable, & knowledgeable company then this is the company that you want. I have been through 2 different AC companies for my residence within the past year, all were disappointing to say the least. Copacetic being the 3rd AC company (and my final company that I will ever use), provided excellent knowledgeable service. Additionally Ryan & Dennis understood the urgency of my situation, provided excellent expedient customer service, and swiftly mitigated my problem. Thank you both for your handling of the problem, my AC has never worked as good as it now does.

I wanted to post this helpful review for Ryan and Glenn Conley and his team of experts. Mauricio was amazing, very thorough, explained everything patiently in layman's terms, he even went above and beyond to check if our unit was still under warranty for replacement of the coils (our coils have a leak). He made sure to clean up each area he came in contact with, and everything was left in pristine condition, no mess at all! Their price for troubleshooting and refrigerant was reasonable and affordable. This is our 2nd time needing their help, and they delivered exceeding our expectations. Overall, we're very, very happy with the service provided on an early Monday morning, and the quickness in which the Copasetic team responded to our needs. AGAIN, 100% RECOMMENDED!!!
